Coastal Cottages have an in-house maintenance team managed by Mickey Marsh, a qualified electrician, who can deal with most general repairs. If we feel that an expert needs to be brought in to solve a particular problem, we will do our best to source the cheapest and most professional service offered by one of our many local tradesmen.
Many of our owners have placed their cottages with us because we are able to offer them that peace of mind when they are away from the property through our experience and our team of committed and loyal staff.
Due to each property and owner having their own special requirements we do not have a set rate for changeovers as we like to access each property individually to ensure we have taken both the property and owners needs into account. Individual cleaning and linen changes are charged against your statement in addition to the 5%.
If you would like to discuss your property with us, please feel free to call our office on 01437 765765. We can have a price scale drawn up for your property which can include allocation of a caretaker who will check your property prior to bookings.
We would also arrange for the key to be put out in readiness of bookings and for the cleaning of the property on the departure of the guests. Linen can either be done by the caretaker or by the local laundry service. We can also deal with the settlement of household bills at your request and are always willing to help and assist as you require.
