About Ty Melyn
Ty Melyn is a cosy modern terrace house, the middle one of 3 in a small residential estate, just a short walk from the bustling centre of the harbour town of Fishguard. Comfortably furnished throughout in bright warm tones and modern style with the cosy lounge having patio doors opening onto a courtyard style garden with a paved and gravel patio, attractively planted and having distant sea glimpses - ideal for a relaxing alfresco meal. The modern, fitted kitchen also gives access to the rear garden, while there are 2 pretty bedrooms above.
Conveniently located there are a selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and leisure centre within walking distance, as well as the picturesque harbour and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore. Further afield is some of Pembrokeshire’s most stunning coastline with rocky coves, sandy beaches and quaint villages.
An ideal base for families and couples alike to enjoy a relaxing break.

There is a driveway at the property. 2 car parking spaces on paved drive directly outside front door. Gravel beds either side of front door. Level entrance to front door. All rooms have 800mm wide doorways. Kitchen has worktops to 2 sides, low-level oven, full height fridge/freezer. Kitchen door provides access to rear garden. Step over the frame, and then a step down. Well-lit living room (natural and artificial lighting). From hallway, stairs lead to first floor. 4 steps to small landing turn in stairs and further 7 steps to first floor landing. First floor walk-in cupboard houses boiler. TV with teletext and some audio visual equipment operated by remote control. Music system manually operated. Double patio doors lead to rear garden. There is a step over the frame and then step down. Rear garden is level and enclosed, with patio and gravel beds. External light at front of property activated using switch in hallway. External light at rear of property activated using switch in kitchen. Public transport (local bus service) is available from the town square which is approximately ten minutes walk.

A lovely cottage - clean and quiet. Very lucky with the weather. We would recommend the maring walk from Parrog to Lower Town Fishguard. We visited St Davids and found St Nons well - cathederal well worth a visit. If it rains the leisure centre in Fishguard is good. A memorable holiday - would like to stay at Ty Melyn again.

Comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation. We visited St Davids Cathedral. Found a spectacular walk around Dinas Head, when we discovered the tiny coastal village of Cwm yr Eglwys. Enjoyed Newport and the beach at the other side of the estuary. Poppit Sands, tenby and Saundersfoot are all lovely! We would return!
