3 steps up or a ramped side access take you into this welcoming holiday cottage set all on one level with practical wooden and tiled floors, the hallway leads through to the open plan sitting room/dining room, its wood burning stove ensures a cosy feel on those chillier evenings and leather sofas are perfect for relaxing on, this is arched to the modern, fitted, kitchen with a useful utility room for all your walking and beach gear. A door opens to the rear, enclosed, split-level courtyard garden, a perfect sunny spot to dine alfresco on a summer’s evening,  the sea glimpses between the houses show just how close you are to the beach.

The two double bedrooms are welcome retreats and a tiled shower room completes the accommodation. Once you arrive you can forget the car as everything you need is within walking distance, spend your days on the glorious long sandy beach while there is a well-stocked village shop, several restaurants, cafes, and pub all set on the seafront. The beach is popular with water sport enthusiasts. There is even a hire shop if you want to try a new sport of kitesurfing, surfing, kayaking or paddle boarding, children will love exploring the rock pools at low tide and building sandcastles.

Keen walkers will delight in taking to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path right on your doorstep; to truly appreciate this stunning coastline, head over the headland to the neighbouring cove of Little Haven with is picturesque beach and range of facilities to try or at low tide you can reach it via the beach. Both beaches have slipways so ideal for boating enthusiasts. There are a host of beaches nearby to explore including Druidstone and Nolton Haven, Newgale with its beachside pub and café is popular with surfers both professional and beginners alike. Head to the Dale peninsula only a short drive away with more stunning beaches, Martin’s Haven is the embarkation point for boat trips to Skomer, this famous nature reserve is well worth a visit particularly in the spring to see the puffins.
