For so long the family pet, the guardian of our homes, Mans best friend has been ignored when it comes to holidays or short breaks.

At Coastal Cottages we have developed a dedicated site for Dog Friendly Holiday Cottages called "The Woof Guide". This is not an internet site simply listing all our cottages that accept pets, oh no!

In association with Roger Mugford and his company of animals, we created 5 Dog personalities that cover quite a wide spectrum; Water loving dogs, high energy dogs, puppies, elderly or inferm, nervous or timid, we cover them all. We then sent a team out to re-grade all our cottages for each category, so that you can now search the cottages by dog personality.

Extreme? Not nearly extreme enough! We then canvassed all activity centres, attractions, pubs and restaurants and now have a list of all dog friendly pubs and dog friendly restaurants and finally a list of all the dog friendly activities and attractions.

But we could not leave it at that, so we now stock quality food stuffs, toys, coats and general accessories that can all be delivered to your cottage for your arrival, so you no longer have to stack the car to the brim before leaving.
