Approached from A487 in Newport village turning off the main road into a car parking area currently not resurfaced. 2 car parking spaces available in front of house marked by block paving,small step down to concrete path in front of house.Level concrete path approx 1 metre to front door. Concrete path continues around side of house to back door.
No porterage service for luggage
Gravel area bordering level lawn at rear with wooden fence at side separating lawn and gravel area from slope down to stream.Patio furniture available
Ground floor facilities include shower room/whb/wc, utility room,kitchen/dining area, small sitting room, lounge leading to a conservatory well lit by natural and artificial light. No steps linking rooms.

All bedrooms located on first floor with bathroom/shower/ whb/wc.
TV with teletext and video operated by remote control in both lounge and sitting room.
Hifi system and radio operated by remote control in lounge
External light in front and rear of house. Parking area lit by street lamp.
Guide dogs welcome.
Public Transport (local bus service) on main road approx 40 metres to sheltered bus stop. Local shops available approx 100 metres.
