Access Statement
Lindon Park is approached via a lane the width of which is one car and a half. The drive has a 30 degree slope and a width of 275cm. At the entry to the house there is a step measuring 14.00cm and the front door frame is 7.0cm high. At the back door there is a step 15.00cm and the door frame is 7.0cm. The accommodation is all on one level.
There are no lifting devices in the bathroom and no handles. The door frames in all rooms are standard width and height.
