Holiday Cottages - Springhill House is a spacious semi detached house with a separate annex situated a few minutes walk from the Parrog Beach and the centre of Newport. Renovated throughout, high ceilings, sash windows and wooden floors make it feel light and airy, the fresh décor reflects a seaside theme. The pretty white and blue kitchen/diner with large farmhouse table and second sitting area has French doors leading to the enclosed, lawned garden with several paved patios - perfect for a barbecue and for children to play. A main lounge with comfortable sofas and open fire is ideal for chilly evenings. Most of the pretty bedrooms, with floral prints and large windows, offer lovely sea views. The modern, comfortable detached annex has a cosy double bedroom with galleried lounge above offering sea views, while the modern fitted kitchen/diner has French doors to a paved patio overlooking the garden. Both the house and annex are conveniently located with all facilities, the beach and coastal path on your doorstep, leave the car behind and enjoy this wonderful family holiday home. This is a no smoking property including the annexe. Arrival time from 4pm. Springhill House can only be booked by one party as either:- 1 a large combined property - see prices in Supplement. 2 or the main house on its own. 3 or the annexe on its own.
