The Long Course Weekend was a great event – congratulations to all of those who took part! Everyone enjoyed it, even the marshals, and Tenby was buzzing with swimmers, cyclists and runners from all over the country. There was a great atmosphere all weekend and the weather was fantastic. Even the chilly wind of Friday evening didn’t put off the indefatigable swimmers, and all three days were also great for spectating. The weekend also saw the launch of Ironman Wales – all set for 11th September 2011. It is sure to be another amazing event so keep up the training!

Deserving of some attention this September is this dog friendly bungalow in Ludchurch, just a short drive from both the beaches at Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth.
