We have had some fantastic weather here in Pembrokeshire over the last few weeks! The sun has been shining through the windows and all of the girls in the office are looking forward to summer! This week I thought I might steer away from food (shocker I know!), and concentrate on the castles of Pembrokeshire. There are 6 main castles in Pembrokeshire (Carew, Llawhaden, Manorbier, Pembroke, Narberth and Haverfordwest) and each one offers something completely different and all of them offering a brilliant day out. It’s that time of year again when Pembrokeshire Fish Week graces us with its wonderful presence from 22nd-30th June.
