Once the Christmas and New Year buzz has passed, if you are anything like me, you are ready for the next date in the calendar to get excited about. Like it or not, it’s Valentines Day. Where are you Mr Frost?

Where are the ice cold, frosty mornings with the sun beaming and sharp blue skies? Only one morning have we had a relatively nippy morning with a crunchy frost on the ground, which evidently turned into rain later in the day. Discussions have began in the office as to whether we need to start building an ark. If my memory serves me correctly, this time last year was gorgeous.
