Much to many people’s disappointment, Pembrokeshire Fish Week was cancelled in 2015 due to the illness of one of the organisers. But this year, Pembrokeshire Fish Week is back and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever! Like many of you out there, I’ve been experiencing some slight jealousy towards all those out enjoying the beautiful weather whilst I sit at my desk writing this blog.
