The apartment is approached by driving through Tenby and then down a short but steep hill with two sharp U-bends. There is one dedicated parking space (no.16) within the parking area, which is two metres from the main entrance. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, up four short flights of stairs. There is no lift. Lighting in car park and on stairwells operated automatically by sensors. The apartment is set on one level. Facilities include two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room and a large kitchen/dining room/sitting room. There are no steps between these rooms. The ensuite shower room has a walk-in shower with no step. The second bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment. Access to the balcony is via large sliding windows. There is a small step of one inch. The kitchen has extensive worktops and a low-level oven. However, crockery and glasses are stored on high shelves. A well-lit dining/sitting room with natural and artificial lighting. Under-floor heating system can be operated within individual rooms via control panels. TV operated by remote control. Guide dogs welcome. The apartment is approximately 1 km from Tenby train station and bus stops.

A very well appointed and equipped holiday cottage –one of the best we have stayed in. Lots to see and do – you will not get bored! Pembrokeshire is great for dog friendly places so if you bring your 4 legged friends, they will have a great holiday too!

Had a great holiday - Thanks for having us! Such a great apartment. Super location on the beach! Loved being able to walk straight into town. We explored some awesome beaches. Barafundle, Freshwater East and Broad Haven South (Via walk around Bosherston ponds) a great day out. Favourite restaurant is Plantagenet - amazing food every time. On rainy damps days we went to the leisure centre to swim - also went to Folly Farm which was great too - Thanks again!
