The property is a 3 bedroom flat on the first floor of a 4 storey building. The flat is accessed via a main entrance to the block, which has a step up into the building. The first floor is accessed by 2 flights of stairs, totalling 16 steps, to get to a landing. There is no lift access. Once on the landing, the entrance to the flat has a small threshold, approximately an inch. Once inside the flat, all the rooms are on one level. The floor is carpeted throughout other than in the lounge/kitchen area which has a laminate floor.
