Access via a lane from an A-road. Parking is on gravel behind the property in the right-hand space. There is space for 2 cars, parked behind each other in shared car park. NB: PLEASE ONLY park in these spaces as the left-hand-side is for the downstairs property. First floor property, main entrance accessed by 13 x 7½ inch steps leading to a small balcony and 2 x 5 inch steps into the front door entrance to hallway leading to all rooms. Living/kitchen/dining area is well-equipped with good artificial and natural light, double glazed sun room which has back door exit to patio. TV and some audio visual equipment have remote control. (Back door) - an alternative entrance leading to small balcony accessed by 1 step, leading to patio by 14 x 7 inch steps. PLEASE NOTE BALCONY AND STEPS CAN BE VERY SLIPPERY IN WET WEATHER. External lighting system to front of property automatically activated at dusk, and back entrance and patio activated by switch near back door. Garden consists of a large, flat, paved patio area, there is a shed leading to back gate accessing parking area. NB: PLEASE CHECK the back gate is closed properly or the wind can take it off its hinges. Public transport (local bus service) approximately 100 metres.
Lots of coastal walks. Enjoyed watching seal pups on the beaches and choughs. Lovely apartment and we appreciated the wine and biscuits. Thank you
