Set in the heart of St Davids, with its own off-road parking for 2 vehicles, yet tucked away with all this tiny City’s shops, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Explore the ancient Cathedral, Bishops Palace and City Walls. Oriel y Parc Gallery and Visitors Centre is very close for lots of information, crafts and exhibitions. Food lovers will find there are many local suppliers to discover. The world famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path can be easily reached by walking to Caerfai Bay, less than a mile away for fantastic scenic walks or alternatively follow it up Carn Llidi to take in the breath taking view over the beautiful peninsula and coastline. For the more adventurous try coasteering, kayaking and a myriad of other activities at TYF activity centre or a white water boat ride to see seals and dolphins from nearby St Justinians. The beautiful Whitesands beach officially voted one of the best beaches in the world, is popular with surfers both beginners and professionals alike, it has a seasonal hire shop and beachside cafe, so you can try your hand at a variety of water sports and is only a 10 minute drive away.A lovely holiday base for couples and families alike to explore this popular tiny City, whatever the season.

Access via a lane from an A-road. Parking is on gravel behind the property in the right-hand space. There is space for 2 cars, parked behind each other in shared car park. NB: PLEASE ONLY park in these spaces as the left-hand-side is for the downstairs property. First floor property, main entrance accessed by 13 x 7½ inch steps leading to a small balcony and 2 x 5 inch steps into the front door entrance to hallway leading to all rooms. Living/kitchen/dining area is well-equipped with good artificial and natural light, double glazed sun room which has back door exit to patio. TV and some audio visual equipment have remote control. (Back door) - an alternative entrance leading to small balcony accessed by 1 step, leading to patio by 14 x 7 inch steps. PLEASE NOTE BALCONY AND STEPS CAN BE VERY SLIPPERY IN WET WEATHER. External lighting system to front of property automatically activated at dusk, and back entrance and patio activated by switch near back door. Garden consists of a large, flat, paved patio area, there is a shed leading to back gate accessing parking area. NB: PLEASE CHECK the back gate is closed properly or the wind can take it off its hinges. Public transport (local bus service) approximately 100 metres.
