2 St Florence Cottages is a stone faced cottage, tucked away just inside the entrance to Ivy Tower Village, next to the arched carriageway, in St Florence.
This holiday cottage, which forms part of the old original stone stable block has been beautifully converted to transform it into an extremely comfortable holiday home, step into the welcoming lounge dining room with stylish leather sofas and co-ordinated carpets and drapes, stairs lead from the lounge to the pretty master bedroom and fun children’s room with its seaside theme. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking a family meal or enjoy an alfresco meal on the small front patio. An ideal base from which to explore Pembrokeshire and its many attractions.
St Florence village boasts a good pub, a friendly, well stocked village shop, Grandiflora Garden Centre with tea rooms all within walking distance. There is plenty for children to enjoy with Heatherton World of Activities and Manor House Wildlife Park nearby.
No Access to communal facilities.

Parking for the property is behind the cottage, drive through an archway, 1 parking spot is allocated in the second bay through the archway. Main entrance is at front of the property. This can be easily reached up the driveway/ramp leading to archway. There is a very small step that leads from driveway to front of cottage, then a single step into the property through front door (single, standard sized front door – not double door or patio style). Second entrance is to the side of property (under archway), via small step. Ground floor facilities include:- Well lit lounge from natural (from large front windows and half glass door), and artificial lighting (main ceiling lights, plus lamps). Lounge/diner with x 2 settee’s and foot stool. Round dinner table with 5 chairs located in far corner. Bathroom/overhead shower/whb/wc, sliding door (standard size doorway) to bathroom that’s lockable. Upstairs reached by open stairway from lounge, banister on left hand side of stairs from lounge. Upstairs comprises, 2 bedrooms and landing area: Main bedroom at front of the cottage. Double bed, bedside tables, and built in wardrobe with draws inside. Second bedroom, comprises a pair of bunk beds and a single bed. Chest of draws, built in wardrobe. Patio area has table, chairs and a sun umbrella. External lighting system to front of property automatically activates at dusk. Public transport (bus) available in St Florence town, a short walk from property.
Had a lovely stay in the cottage. Our second stay at Ivy Tower Village Cottages. Had lovely days out, been lucky with the weather mostly. Recommended Carew Castle and Carew Inn for food, The Parsonage Inn also. Heatherton and Folly Farm, Manorbier beach is lovely. Caldey island boat trip from Tenby was good.
I told you I'd be back, I love everything about the cottage. There hasn't been many changes so my opinion hasn't changed, so my opinion hasn't changed. It's Amazing!

Comfortable cottage in great location. We loved being able to walk to two pubs is a bonus. Would thoroughly recommend Pembroke and Carew Castle and a walk from Dale.

We have had a wonderful time at the cottage. The milk and wine was a lovely welcoming surprise! The good at the Carew Pub was fantastic. Horse Riding at Marros was brilliant. Hope to see you again next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Enjoyed great days out at Folly Farm Park Oakwood Theme Park, got one day on Broad Haven Beach wich was lovely too. We will definatley come back again one day.

Eat at the Sun Inn - very warm atmosphere and the Tea Rooms opposite. Carew is fantastic and Barafundle is really idylic!!
