About 24 Marine Road

Three steps lead up to this end of terrace stone house built in the 1850s, one of the first three built in Broad Haven at that time of lovely coloured stone from the local Settland Beach. The house is attractively furnished and full of character, many features have been retained with wooden and tiled floors throughout, feature fire places and a Victorian roll top bath. The open plan living space has large comfortable sofas; the  family farmhouse style dining table and custom designed kitchen creates a country feel reflected throughout. Stairs lead up to a second lounge on the first floor giving plenty of space with sea views and a double bedroom and bathroom, 2 further bedrooms and a shower room are located on the second floor, with sea views from the double bedroom. A door on the first floor landing leads out to the enclosed large, sloping and terraced lawned garden with steps up to the paved terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal, while on the top terrace there is a summerhouse and sea views over the roof tops, so just relax and soak up the view.

24 Marine Road is conveniently located with the beautiful long Broad Haven sandy beach, village shop and several pubs all within 200 yards, as well as a water sport hire centre on your doorstep, try your hand at the popular past times of kite surfing, kayaking, surfing and paddle boarding; tuition is also offered or alternatively just spend your days messing around in the sand and marvelling at the rock pools. Join The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path on your doorstep to truly appreciate this stunning coastline on foot, take advantage of the Puffin Shuttle for the return journey which stops on the sea front, explore over the headland or via the beach at low tide to the picturesque harbour cove of Little Haven with its selection of pubs and restaurant. A beach ride from the nearby village of Nolton is sure to be the highlight of any stay.

This lovely house has all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday.

**Care needed in the garden with elderly and toddlers due to the terraces and steps**.
