Property located on raised pavement in quiet part of the village. Ramp from road onto pavement. House accessed by two gates, both of which then have a step up onto the concrete front yard. There is one 6” step up to the front door. The tumble dryer is also located in the shed. The terraced back garden is accessed from first floor of the property. There are six steps up to the paved patio and then a further four steps up to a lawned area. There are several slate steps up to the summer house in the garden. These are slippy when wet. Ground floor facilities include small hallway, open plan living/dining area and small kitchen. First floor facilities include a bathroom and wc, a well-lit sitting room with good natural light and a double bedroom. Second floor facilities include a shower room and wc, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom. There is a partially sloping ceiling in the master bedroom so there is limited headroom on one side of the bed. There are external lights near the front door and at the back door. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport (bus stop) is 150 yards away on the sea front. There is limited on road parking outside the property and a large public car park opposite.
