Conveniently located, a short downhill walk takes you to the centre of this bustling village with its selection of pubs, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. There is a wealth of activities and attractions within a short drive including Tenby, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park.

The property is approached via an A-road then approximately 3 quarters of a mile of narrow country lanes. The property is located within a block of similar apartments. Unloading is permitted outside the apartment and the property has its own dedicated parking space in a communal parking area approximately 20 yards from the front door. The main entrance door is reached by a small step onto a pavement and a 6-inch step into the apartment. There is no ramp. The apartment block is set in its own gardens which are accessed by four 6-inch steps from the private patio area at the rear of the property. The patio is accessed by double patio doors from the living area. The kitchen area has a low-level oven and other facilities. The lounge/dining area is well lit by natural and artificial lighting. External lighting system to the front of the property timed to activate at dusk. Public transport approximately 300 metres (downhill) to bus stop.
Once again thank you both for allowing us the use of your home. We call it our second home. When we tell family and friends we are going on hols they don't ask where anymore. It's a well known fact that we're coming to 33 Coedrath and have done several times a year for the last 13 years. No other place could compare. Love the new look guys and as always warm homely welcoming, well equipped, comfy beds, garden beautiful, misty loves to lay opposite patio doors and keep an eye on us, we always leave so sad going back to the grind stone. Lovely flat well equipped and the garden was a bonus that the kids loved. A lovely warm comfortable home to holiday in beautiful Pembrokeshire. The Mermaid Restaurant was wonderful.

Had a lovely stay, enjoyed sitting on the patio in the sunshine, great well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room, handy for town and beach. Good home cooked food at St Florence Garden centre and The Bay Tree in Tenby.
We've stayed in Saundersfoot many times and this is the best place we've stayed in. So well equipped and location is great! Near enough to the village, but far enough to have a lovely quiet and peaceful holiday. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you
