Good colour contrast to floors, walls and doorways. Access to room with chair bed off lounge is up one step. Hallway to lounge down 1 step. Top floor double bedroom has one step down from dressing area. There is a single room. External access stairs from 1st floor spiral staircase (narrow). Flat patio area with access to beach down several steps. External steps use at your own risk. Guide dogs welcome. External lights.
