'We are so lucky to be able to keep coming back to this lovely cottage which feels like our second home. Thank you again Heather and Gareth for such a lovely welcome. The weather has been extremely hot all week long, too hot at times but we managed to get in the sea a couple of times at our favourite beach Pwllgwaelod. The sea has been like a mill pond for the whole of our stay. There have been some beautiful sunsets and some evenings a huge moon. Thank you again Heather and Gareth!'

'Another great stay. Thank you Heather and Gareth. Weather was better than expected so that was a bonus. Got in 3 good walks with no rain. House was up to its usual standard. Excellent!'

'We decided (at 11.30am today) we'd like a break! Coastal Cottages offered 3 places in Fishguard and we chose this because it was discounted. What a lovely surprise to find it so spacious, clean and comfortable. The lovely owners put so much effort into their welcome- fresh flowers, cakes and complimentary wine. Diolch yn fawr Gareth and Heather- we will recommend 8 Smyth Street as a quiet homely place to stay.'

The wonderful welcome and excellent standard throughout the house outshone all our previous holiday stays in Wales. We really enjoyed exploring this part of Pembrokeshire. Fishguard provided a varied and interesting base. Some of our favourite were: Strumble Head, where we watched a family of seals, Whitesands Bay, Newport Parrog and the Nevern Show. Many thanks to you both.

Second visit for us. Had such a lovely time last October half term we came again! Another lovely welcome from Gareth and Heather and the house is still cosy and welcoming as ever. The weather has been with us this week and we've visited some beautiful places. Cwm Yr Eglwys in particular and the Coastal Path around Dinas Head especially. So much to do, not enough time to fit it all in. Would have no hesitation in coming back to this lovely house. Diolch yn fawr!
