The property is just off an A-road. Access to the drive is through a gate. The drive slopes down slightly to the cottage: there is space for 3 cars and it is a few metres to the cottage. An outside light keeps the drive area lit at night. There is a short step of 4 inches to the front door. An alternative entrance is through the back door: this has a smaller 1 inch step in front of it. The cottage is on one floor and has no stairs. The kitchen has worktops and a low level oven. It has a television with remote control and teletext. Guide dogs are welcome. There is a bus stop less than 50 metres from the property.
