Flat path of stone slabs lead to front door reached by x5 inch steps. Alternative entrance at the rear with flat path of stone slabs offering a door with a 3 quarter of an inch threshold or patio door (5ft 4 inches) wide with 4 inch step into property. Guests can be met on arrival by owner who can assist with luggage. Ground floor has a toilet, large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Kitchen has a rustic slate floor and all other rooms have wooden floors. Normal size fridge freezer and units with large range cooker in kitchen. Good natural and artificial lighting in all ground floor rooms. TV with teletext and DVD operated by remote control. Garden extends to approx half an acre of flat lawns to the front side and rear of house with large flat stone patio to the side and rear. Guide dogs welcome. No public transport is available.
