The property is accessed from the street level and the front (and only) door and garage open directly onto this street. The door is accessed via one step from the road and is 900mm wide. There is no pavement in front of the houses on the street. A small or medium sized car will fit into the garage. Maximum length of the parking in the garage is a 4.6 metre car. There is no parking on the street, but there is a multi-storey public car park approximately 500 metres away for larger cars. The house is within the town walls and hence within the Tenby summer daytime pedestrianisation scheme which operates from early July to early September. Guests can use the permit provided to enable them to drive to and from the house via a traffic light controlled one way scheme during the hours of operation of the pedestrianisation. The hallway leads to a series of connected staircases at the rear of the property which rise right up to the top of the house. These stairs and hallway are the only means of entry and exit to the property. On the ground floor is a hallway and wetroom and a pedestrian door to the garage. On the first floor a door leads into the lounge/diner/kitchen area. On the second floor are one double and one twin bedroom and a shower room with wc. A further flight of stairs leads to the top floor with a double and twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and wc. All doors onto the staircase are of the self-closing fire door type. Each floor has rechargeable battery powered torch/nightlight for use in the event of electricity failure. Mains powered smoke detectors are fitted on all floors and there is a carbon monoxide alarm on the bedroom landing and in the garage by the gas fired boiler. There is a landline at the property and free WiFi. Also a Freeview TV and DVD player is provided in the lounge. The local bus station is located some 500 metres away, whilst the train station is approx 800 metres away.
