Charmingly renovated and comfortably furnished with a seaside theme, step into the lounge/dining room with large Inglenook and wood burning stove for cosy evenings in. The galley, cottage style, fitted kitchen opens to the front, while stairs lead up to the delightful bedrooms nestling in the eaves, the double is a romantic retreat with its iron bedstead. The grounds stretch to nearly a 1/3 of an acre with lawns, mature trees and shrubs, there are far reaching rural views to the Preseli Hills, while away summer days whilst enjoying leisurely alfresco meals.
Tucked away, footpaths abound, the bird and wildlife will delight, yet the beautiful, rugged coastline is only 6 miles away at Abercastle, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate its beauty with hidden coves and sandy bays, Abermawr and Aberfelin should not be missed, alternatively in the other direction is the long golden, sandy beach of Newgale, popular with surfers. Equidistant between Newport and St Davids with their excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, there is plenty to do, or the picturesque harbour village of Fishguard is nearby. For golf enthusiasts, the Priskilly Golf Club and Country House is well worth a visit, approximately 2.5 miles away, there is also a restaurant and bar here open to all, or try the village pub at Mathry, only 5 miles away. The newly opened Siop Fach Tearoom and Collectables is where you can enjoy breakfast, light lunch or afternoon tea and also browse the many collectables; china and glassware, jewellery and souvenirs; Beswick, Masons, Shelley, Wades, Britains.

Head to Fishguard's Town Hall every Saturday morning for the popular Farmer's Market where you'll have a chance to sample and buy a range of local produce such as eggs, cheeses, breads, jams and chutneys.

The Torch Theatre Company is proud to present their latest production, The Wood. Directed by Peter Doran, the play follows the lives of two young soldiers who fight alongside each other in Mametz Wood during the First World War. Inspired by a true story, this play was written by Owen Thomas (writer of the award-winning Grav) in commemoration of the centenary of the end of the First World War. Tickets cost £8.50 for under 26's, £13 for concessions and £15 for full tickets.
The Milford Haven Amateur Operatic Society are putting on a show! This year's production is the classic Annie Get Your Gun, the story of country girl Annie Oakley who falls in love with with rifleman Frank Butler after she's made star of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show.
This award-winning Torch Theatre Company production returns home in 2018. This one-man play sees Gareth J Bale take on the role of Welsh icon Ray Gravell who is known for his performances on the rugby field. Grav tells the story of the man behind the legend before he died in 2007, at the age of 56.
Wales' only acapella festival, the Narberth A Cappella Voice Festival, returns in 2018 for it's tenth anniversary. Between 4th and the 6th May, Narberth will be hosting a weekend full of performances and workshops celebrating all things a cappella. This Charity Horse and Dog Show is an annual event which occurs in May each year in St. David's. With show jumping, dog shows, stalls and refreshments, this is a great day out for all those interested in horses and dogs!
The St Davids Cathedral Festival takes place across ten days with a range of classical and contemporary musical performances taking place in the beautiful setting of St Davids Cathedral. This event is a success year after year, and is definitely one not to be missed. Performers in the past have included the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, The Sixteen, Goodwick Brass Band. Rock the Castle is back for yet another year! For it's first event, Pembroke Castle will be hosting The World Famous Elvis Show starring Chis Connor. Since starting out in 2009, this Elvis performer has played to crowds in the Manchester Apollo, Harrogate International Centre and the London Palladium. He has been awarded the title of The Greatest Elvis Tribute in the World by a world-wide fan poll and has even had the pleasure of performing with the original back-up singers to the King of Rock'n'Roll, The Sweet Inspirations. Performing with a twelve piece band and the aforementioned back-up singers, this show recreates two popular Elvis concerts across two hours. Support act will be The Bluejays, a four-piece band formed after working together on various West End shows, who will be playing classic hits from favourites such as Buddy Holly and Chuck Berry.Tickets cost £19.50pp and will be available to buy from the 24th November. Pembrokeshire's County Show returns for another year! This annual event brings thousands of people to the Haverfordwest Showground each year. With a variety of crafts and stalls, there is also displays, exhibitions and performances to see! There is a whole host of agricultural machinery on display as well as livestock to see, a fair, and a number of horse and dog shows. Of course there is also plenty of opportunities to meet and greet with local businesses, as well as sampling some great local produce on offer in the food hall!
Cardigan River and Food Festival is an annual event which strives to showcase the fantastic local produce available in Wales with demonstrations, entertainment and activities. Of course - there will be ample opportunities to see and taste some of that local produce on offer!
Pembroke Castle's annual Christmas market always has an array of market stalls, entertainment and the arrival of Santa between 11am - 4pm on Saturday & Sunday .A lovely events to get into the Christmas spirit and purchase some lovely handmade gifts and enjoy some of the best local produce.
Fishguard once again welcomes you to it's Annual New Year's Eve Street Party! With celebrations, live music and fireworks - it really is a fantastic party to celebrate the coming of the New Year! Refreshments are available on the street and in the surrounding pubs and restaurants. This event is free entry, donations are appreciated as any money given is then put towards next year's celebrations.
Sun, secluded, serene and spectacular!! Superb location for adventures up and down this absolutely fabulous, unspoilt coastline. We totally and utterly loved our week it was exactly what we both needed, the cosy cottage was perfect(especially as our own house is currently a building site due to renovation! It provided us with the comfort and calm that we needed to rejuvenate our souls thank you.
