ARRIVAL • Approached from a B-road then approximately ½ mile of narrow country lanes, the final 100 metres being down a slope. • The Arch Barn is accessed by a 5 bar double gate leading to private car parking suitable for two large cars, the parking is a flat gravel area. • The front door is about 6 metres from the car parking, the access via a gate and a flat gravelled garden area. • External lighting at the front of the property is automatically by movement after dusk. ENTRANCE/GARDEN • The main entrance door is reached by two 15 cm steps. • There is an alternative access through double patio doors, reached by two 15 cm steps. • The courtyard is fully enclosed level gravel area with patio furniture. GROUND FLOOR • The ground floor facilities include a shower room/whb/wc, kitchen/dining room, sitting room and one double bedroom. • The shower room, has slate flooring and a single 6 cm step up from the hallway. • The shower is a large enclosure with a 10 cm step. • The kitchen/dining room, has wooden flooring and a single 9 cm step up from the hallway. • There is an 8 cm step up between the kitchen to the lounge. • The wooden flooring is level between the lounge and downstairs double bedroom. • The kitchen/dining room is particularly well lit by natural and artificial lighting, all other rooms have natural light and artificial lighting. • The kitchen has extensive worktops and a low-level oven and dishwasher, some of the cupboards are at a higher level. • The ground floor rooms are a combination of slate or wood flooring. FIRST FLOOR • The first floor is accessed internally via a straight stairwell with handrail and 14 steps. • Alternative access to the first floor is via externally via a concrete staircase with handrail and 14 steps. • All first floor rooms – two bedrooms and a bathroom/whb/wc - are on the same level and carpeted. OTHER • There is good colour contrast between floors and walls and most doors. • TV with teletext and subtitles operated by remote control. • A telephone is available for emergency calls. • Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are welcome. • The nearest bus stop is St Twynnells, which is about one mile from the property, so we recommend private vehicle or taxi access.
We have enjoyed a lovely week in your barn conversion, a beautiful property in a lovely location. Some of the best beaches to be found anywhere. Plan to be back again.

Our first visit to Pembrokeshire and we have an amazing week. Weather has been fantastic. So much to see! So many beautiful beaches - Whitesands, Freshwater East and West, West Angle Bay, Manorbier, Little Haven, Broad Haven, Barafundle Bay, and many more. We loved Tenby! A beautiful harbour, pastel coloured houses and another fantastic beach! After our lovely day out we came back to the lovely homely Arch Barn - Absolutely fantastic!!
