I'm writing to say what a lovely time we had at Bramble Cottage. It is so comfortable - the best sitting area we've had in comparison with anywhere we've stayed before and the view!! The kitchen and equipment were easy to use. Of course, the perfect weather also helped. The local people we spoke to said they couldn't remember when they last had weather like that in May.
Thank you for letting us stay it's a lovely house. I enjoyed everything. All of us loved it thanks for the house for 1 week and thanks for everything. The bed's were very comfy so thank you
First visit to Pembrokeshire, Wont be our last! We have packed a lot in three full days! Coastal bay hoping, watched a seal give birth on a tiny inlet below Strumble Head Lighthouse - WOW! That was wonderful, Father was watching on from the waters edge. Dinner at Porthgain was excellent. St David's Cathedral, stunning, such history, plus a good chat to one of the vicars. Haverfordwest, Narbeth the Spanish Deli for coffee and almond cake and lovely shops. On to Saundersfoot and Tenby then travelled along the coast and over bridge by Pembroke and folllowed the road to Dale! Walked the beach here 3 times its magic!
Once again a week to remember, Sunshine all the way apart from last day. After all these years at Bramble there are still new things to do. Discovered new Druidstone Hotel does excellent feasts - we went to a Greek one - very good food! The Shed maintains its standards for beautiful fish and chips. Worth having a look at Llawhaden Castle. Time too meet with old friends and meet some interesting people walking the coast path. This is the time of year for seal pups too. Still had time to read and reflect and even sleep! Thanks again Sue and John see you soon. God Bless
Great week, gorgeous views of the sea!Elsa our 2 and 1/2 year old loved the beach and we all enjoyed the day out at Folly Farm - great value!

Another relaxing week in Wales :) Couple of cloudy half days, 10 mins of rain, and beautiful blue sky and sunshine and even managed to get sunburnt all followed by amazing sunsets. Highly recommend the pub at the bottom of the hill (Duke of Edinburgh) and Somethings Cooking, Letterston has the best fish and chips if you dont fancy cooking. Lovely walks along the beach and coastal paths - Dont let the chilly breeze put you off! Very yummy ice creams at Whitesands too and to make a lovely holiday even better.... What a nice well maintained property Bramble is. Sad to leave... Back to reality and work.
Lovely week, a little chilly but no rain. Beaches wonderful, kids enjoyed the rock pools and surf. Hanger 5 was fun too! Great local food too bought some fab sausages from the Butcher in St David's. Brilliant boat ride around Ramsey Island. Back to food - The Shed at Porthgain has fantastic fish dishes. The Cambrian in Solva good food almost too much though, especially the burgers, so many flavours. The Somethings Cooking in Letterston has excellent fish and chips. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
We came expecting 100% rain and were pleasantly surprised. This was our fourth visit and we hope there will be more! Bramble Cottage is as lovely as ever, as was Druidstone and Newgale and the chippy at Letterston. A first for us was Folly Farm, excellent value with many indoor and outdoor attractions on a very rainy day. Thank you, as ever for all you do to make out stay enjoyable.
