Brierbank is a fabulous, contemporary detached holiday home with hot tub just a 5 minute walk from the heart of the medieval walled town of Tenby and its glorious sandy beaches.
Set above the road leading into Tenby, it is beautifully finished throughout to a very high standard. As you open the front door, it is designed to offer a wonderful view straight through to the garden, the entire house is light and airy with a sense of space and minimalistic lines, yet practical with hard flooring throughout. The open plan living space is stunning with a modern fitted kitchen, a large comfortable sofa set round a wood burning stove and dining space with bi-fold doors on 2 sides allowing you to open it up and flow freely into the large, enclosed garden with paved patio, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening and long lawns.
The highlight must be the hot tub which will give hours of endless enjoyment and relaxation. There is a further sitting room that can be opened up or makes a cosy snug, as well as a ground floor bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower. Stairs lead up to the other spacious rooms all with luxurious white linen. The master bedroom is stunning with floor to ceiling window and a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden.
If you can bear to leave the house, Tenby offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants set on pretty cobbled streets, a picturesque harbour and 4 beautiful sandy beaches. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore the wonderful coastline taking in the seaside villages of Saundersfoot, Amroth and Manorbier, all within a short drive or take a boat from the harbour to visit Caldey Island, the home of the Cistercian Monks, and sample its unique atmosphere. There are plenty of family attractions including, Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton Country Sports Park, for golfing enthusiasts, try Tenby Golf Club or Trefloyne Country Club, both nearby.

Brierbank is a two-storey, 5 double bedroom property in Tenby. The property is approached via an A-road. Pedestrian access is via steps and a footpath leading to the front door. We recommend that you collect the key via this way and then proceed to the rear of the property to park. Vehicular access is via the narrow uneven lane (2.5 m width) to the rear parking area. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles. The secure gated car park has a level concrete surface. Access from the parking area is via a ramped footpath and steps to the rear of the property. Access to and throughout the ground floor of the property is available for wheelchairs with all doors being a min 800 mm wide. All entrance points have level thresholds. At ground floor level there is a double bedroom and ensuite shower room, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, utility and cloakroom. On the first floor there are a further four double bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a family bathroom. Safety gates for toddlers are provided to the staircase. Heating is by a gas central heating system supplemented with a log burner in the living room. Logs are available for visitors use. Cooking facilities include a gas hob, double oven and grill and microwave. The property has a built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. All cupboards are positioned at standard height. The property has laminate flooring throughout with bathrooms, shower rooms, cloakroom and the kitchen/utility tiled. The showers have wide entrances. All rooms are well-lit with both natural and artificial lighting. Light switches and power socket are set at 1200 mm and 450 mm respectively. The bedrooms and lounges have televisions which are operated by remote control. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn accessed directly from the rear living area or utility room. A patio area with tables and chairs is located immediately adjacent to the rear of the property. A footpath provides access to the hot tub. A clothes drying line is provided. There is adequate external lighting surrounding the property operated by switches within the building. There is no landline installed at the property. Mobile reception is dependent upon your provider. WiFi is available throughout the property.
Lovely house which accommodation all of us beautifully. Folly farm, Heatherton and seal safari were all very popular. Barbucci Indian restaurant good for a takeaway. The Moorings in centre of Tenby was good for lunch.
