Approached by single track tarmac lane, steep in places. Concrete and hard standing driveway for parking slightly sloping gated, from lane. Concrete pathway leads to the back door, uneven. 1 small step up into small porch with inner door and 6 inch step down into kitchen. From the kitchen there are 2 small steps down into sitting/dining room. The kitchen leads through to a back hall with the washing machine and freezer and access to the shower room. Kitchen/diner is galley style. A door from the back hall also leads out to the garden. Access to the ground floor double bedroom is from the sitting/dining room. Narrow stairs with a handrail, but banister is open, leading up to a small landing and 2 bedrooms. There is some restricted headroom on the stairs. Double bedroom has only access via one side, as the other is against the wall. Some restricted headroom in the two first floor bedrooms, as set in the eaves. Ground floor bedroom is accessed via the sitting room. From hall via back door to garden, there is a concrete path with 1 step down then a further 4 steps. A narrow gravel path leads round to the rear of the cottage from the front door via one step with 1 large up and down step to far side of cottage near back door. The garden is more meadow grass, mowed, with 2 levels and sloping. Garden is enclosed with low hedging and a low bank at the front with a drop to the public footpath running in front of the cottage boundary. Some unfenced drops, a 2ft one to the front to public footpath. Ground rises behind the cottage, also there is an unfenced drop from retaining wall to rear of cottage, but hard to access.
