Courtlands is a detached, traditional stone cottage set in its own enclosed garden tucked away at the rear of a small family run caravan park on the edge of the seaside village of Saundersfoot.
Renovated throughout it is comfortably and stylishly furnished in a contemporary style, the cosy lounge has comfy leather sofas and an open fire for ‘cwtching’ up on chillier evenings; while the cottage style fitted kitchen/diner has a lovely range style cooker as a focal point - ideal for catering for the family. Stairs lead to two of the pretty and spacious bedrooms with views over the countryside to the rear of the cottage.
Enjoy a barbecue while the children play on the sheltered, lawned garden or why not take a 0.7 mile/10 minute walk down into Saundersfoot itself; where you can explore the shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes or spend your days on the glorious sandy beaches. For the more adventurous try one of the watersports on offer at the hire shop.
The pretty harbour town of Tenby is a short car journey away as are a number of family attractions such as Heatherton Activity Park, The Manor House Wildlife Park and Oakwood Theme Park.
You are assured of a warm welcome from the owners of the site; yet tucked away enough to enjoy your own space.
A wonderful holiday cottage for families and couples - all year round.

The property is approached down a small lane. There is a low 5in wide weather protector, and the door is 3’ with a 5” step into the reception, the floor is tiled. The road is tarmac to Courtland’s with a slight gradient and then levels out with enough room to park 3 cars. The courtyard in front is paved with a low level wall and wrought iron gate (860mm wide). There is a step up of 140mm at the front door into a small porch with a second door. On the right through a door is the lounge. To the left through a door is the kitchen with range cooker. Through the kitchen you exit through a door to a small hall, on the right is the twin room; on the left is the tiled bathroom with rain shower over the bath. In front is a small porch leading to the back of the cottage. There is ample natural light in all rooms. The stairs to the first floor double room and twin room are between the kitchen and lounge, there are 11 steps, the stairs divides to the right with 3 steps into the double room and to the left with 3 steps into the twin room. The staircase is 900mm wide. All doors in the cottage are 760mm wide. The garden is to the right of the cottage and accessed through the courtyard and down a 3 inch step. A bus to Saundersfoot, Tenby etc can be caught at the entrance to the park. There is a public telephone next to the reception. We are pet friendly. The cottage has good coverage for all mobile networks, and has free WIFI.
