Cystanog Fach is a stunning split-level house in the village of Saundersfoot with the most amazing sea views out over Carmarthen Bay. Renovated throughout and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style, stairs lead up to the spacious first floor lounge with laminate floors and large sofas, the view is breathtaking. Sliding doors open to a decked balcony where you can enjoy an alfresco meal while you gaze, mesmerised by the view. Further stairs lead to the light and colourful dining area and fitted kitchen, perfect for enjoying family meals. The two bedrooms on the lower ground floor offer sea views, while the double opens to a decked terrace giving more outdoor space overlooking the water. Further stairs take you to the ensuite bedroom on the top floor, a unique galleried bedroom enclosed with shutters on one side, glazed roof and windows that maximise the coastal outlook, while the bespoke canopy over the bed, keeps the early morning sunlight out. It feels like you are cocooned on a boat out at sea. Draw the drapes back so you can count stars as you drift gently off to sleep or wake to views of the water.

A short downhill walk takes you to the shops, pubs and restaurants in Saundersfoot village, with its pretty harbour and beautiful, long sandy beaches. Glen beach is just around the corner and at low tide you can walk to Monkstone Point. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and walk the cliff tops to Tenby to really appreciate the beauty of this coastline. In the other direction follow the tunnels, left over from its mining past, to Coppet Hall beach where you can enjoy a meal in the popular and highly recommended restaurant, Coast, or go on a little further, to Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth, enjoying refreshments en-route in their beachside pubs and restaurants. There are plenty of family attractions including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton World of Activities and Manor House Wildlife Park, all within a short drive. The medieval town of Tenby is well worth a visit, fishing trips can be taken from both here and Saundersfoot, or a trip to Caldey Island to sample its unique atmosphere and home of the Cistercian monks.

A wonderful seaside holiday home for families and friends to enjoy.

No baby equipment provided, you are welcome to bring your own.

Had a great weekend, great holiday home & beautiful views

Renshaw/Smiths

Great holiday home - fantastic views. Places to visit - Colby Gardens, Tenby, Narberth and St Davids. The walk along the beach from Saundersfoot to Wisemans Bridge is a must!

Francis Family

Love it love it. Fab house and views, a feeling of good karma! Many varied cafe's, restaurants and beaches brilliant, weather exceptional 100% would come again

Wayne & Deborah

A fantastic place to stay with possibly the best sea views we have ever had. It is so peaceful and calming to watch the sea from the balcony. The staff were at hand when we first arrived and they too, were fab! Nearby Tenby is a must and plenty to do there as well. All in all, this is a fab place and we shall definitely be returning!!

We had such a wonderful time at your lovely holiday home. We absolutely love Saundersfoot and would recommend your lovely home to everyone. My mum said 'it's the best holiday home she'd ever stayed in, the views are stunning and she felt so relaxed here!' Thank you once again for letting us stay.

The Lamberts

We have really enjoyed our holiday. The views are fantastic and we loved sitting out each night, (sometimes wrapped in a blanket - thoughtfully provided) watching the people and boats go by. We enjoyed Coppet Hall beach - the toilets and cafe are closer for the children. the best meal we had was at The Mermaid on the Strand. Fantastic fish but also a good choice for the meat eaters. All the coastal villages are worth a visit. Amroth - lovely beach, Pendine - long beach you can drive on and the land speed museum.

The North Family

Had a fantastic holiday made very special by the wonderful view. Only had 2 days of poor weather but because the accommodation was so comfy, it was not a problem. Can recommend The Salvage Bar and The Mermaid for food and the beach was great for body wave boarding. Can recommend the walk along the Glen to the Coast Path as well. Tenby is great and Pembroke as well. All in all a great location made very special by such a wonderful view.

Carly and Scott

We have had a lovely holiday. Excellent house with amazing views in a lovely small town. We also recommend The Mermaid for meals. Had take away from Sao Mai Dragon (Chinese) which was also really good. Started the coastal walk to Tenby but didn't get very far as it was a bit muddy and walking boots definitely required! Came back and got the bus instead! Tenby is a lovely little town. Had a lovely afternoon out at Pembroke Castle, really good value for money and a large castle! Manorbier Castle is also very pretty with nice views.

The Kitchenhams

Lovely weather (mainly!), explored Stackpole and Barafundle - very beautiful! Started the Coastal path to Tenby - under estimated the time needed! Allow 2 hours and walking boots as the wooded sections can be very muddy. Buses run frequently if you want just a one way walk. Great views on the way and good exercise!

The Dyer Family

Everything was great! You definitely have thought of everything. Lovely accommodation and great facilities.

The Jones Family

Truly beautiful and so comfortable! You have thought of everything. Thank you so much.. may the sunshine continue!
