About Dan y Garn
This converted granary is full of charm, warmth and character. Dan y Garn couldn’t be better placed for exploring the picturesque St Davids peninsula, being a short distance from the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal footpath, Whitesands Beach popular with families and surfers alike and the city of St Davids with its excellent facilities.
Comfortably furnished throughout, the welcoming bedrooms are on the ground floor while stairs lead up to the spacious farmhouse style kitchen diner and galleried sitting room with a wood burning stove ensuring a cosy atmosphere. The newly fitted first floor sunroom is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views of St Davids Cathedral and St Brides Bay in the distance. The enclosed lawn to the rear of the property is perfect for children to play in.

Approached on a B-road; then single-track public road; approach cottage up farm lane; car park consists of gravelled surface, flat; parking for 3 cars. Entrance door on ground level with single step. Guests collect key from location advised by Coastal Cottages and won’t necessarily be met by owner. No guaranteed assistance with unpacking of luggage therefore. Ground floor facilities include: one super king room, one single room and one twin room, bathroom with wc and shower; plus utility room. First floor: kitchen/diner, sitting room; tv operated with remote control; sun room. Outside access to first floor sunroom by stone steps (or from first floor sitting room). WiFi as subject to availability, usage terms & conditions apply. Enclosed lawned area to rear of cottage. No public transport.

A lovely, well-equipped cottage enjoying a great location with easy access to the coasts of the St David's peninsular. The conservatory with far-reaching views was a bonus. Very comfortable upstairs sitting room and good wifi. Shower excellent and the bath ideal for a good soak. Hope to return soon with family.

Solva café THIRTY FIVE serves best toasted tea cakes and coffee around, Porthgain worth a trip to visit local artist/ gallery, and the sloop pub for lunch , cottage looking good after refurbishment very comfortable, with all mod cons thank you for making us feel so welcome see you soon.
