Fern Villa is a 200 year old semi-detached stone cottage, one of a group of three holiday cottages set around a courtyard on the owner’s 5 acre small holding in the village of Llanteg, only 3 miles from the glorious Amroth beach.

Renovated throughout and comfortably furnished, it reflects a farmhouse theme with wooden floors and beams. Step into the spacious sitting room with lovely comfy leather sofas and a wood burning stove to cosy around on chillier evenings. Enjoy meals around the table in the farmhouse kitchen with its useful pantry and large utility boot room, ideal for drying your beach and walking gear.

Stairs from the sitting room lead up to the cosy bedrooms nestling in the eaves, the characterful beams though mean some restricted headroom. There is a paved patio to the side of the cottage where you can dine alfresco while you watch the horses in the fields beyond and children will enjoy the enclosed lawned area shared with the neighbouring cottage.

Conveniently located, this small holding is set well off the main road, there is a garage with well-stocked shop within walking distance, as well as a garden centre with cafe and village pub, The Wanderers Rest. The stunning coastline is only 3 miles away, spend your days on the long golden sandy beach of Amroth with its beachside pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Here you can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really explore this spectacular coastline, head east to Marros and Pendine or west to Wiseman’s Bridge, Saundersfoot and Tenby. There are a number of pubs and restaurants set enroute where you can relax and refuel.

Perfect for watersport enthusiasts, Amroth’s blue flag beach is popular for wind surfing, swimming, kayaking as well as family beach games. The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists to explore with some wonderful footpaths and lanes to wander. The National Trust Lands of Colby Woods and Gardens should not be missed, particularly with beautiful woodland walks in early summer, the Rhododendrons and Azaleas are simply stunning and the open air theatre is a real treat. 

There are a host of attractions all within a short drive to keep families entertained including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities.

Approached from A477 then approx 120 metres to entrance. Drive leading into stoned courtyard and parking areas. The property is approached by a 3 inch step leading into front door. Patio is adjoining approached by a 5 inch step. Garden furniture. Ground floor facilities include lounge/sitting room, kitchen. WC, boot room. Three upstairs bedrooms. One twin bedroom approached by a 9 inch step. Two double bedrooms approached by an 8 inch step. Also another 8 inch step to one bedroom. Upstairs bathroom/overhead shower/whb/wc also approached by an 8 inch step. External lighting to front and rear. Guide dogs welcome. A grassed garden area is situated to the right of the property. Access gained either up a very gentle slope through two gates or via stairs leading up from the back of the property.
