About Grey Toft

Grey Toft is a super holiday home in the village of Lamphey, only 1.5 miles from the glorious sandy beach at Freshwater East.

Fully renovated, it is finished to a high standard throughout in a contemporary style in relaxing pale tones. The glazed porch leads into the hall with the spacious dual-aspect sitting room with wooden floors, a wonderful space to relax with a wood burning stove for those chillier evenings.

The large, modern, fitted kitchen/diner is well-equipped and perfect for preparing family meals to be enjoyed round the dining room table. French doors open with two steps down to the enclosed rear garden, a real sun trap, prettily planted with a lawn and patio where you can dine alfresco on a summer’s evening. Stairs lead up to the light bedrooms and bathroom above, the main double is dual-aspect with some lovely rural views, a welcome retreat.

Conveniently located, there is a well-stocked village shop on your doorstep as well a choice of pubs and restaurants and a popular bakery, all within walking distance. Treat your self to a spa treatment at Lamphey Court nearby. The glorious sandy beach of Freshwater East is only 1.5 miles away, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path here to explore and really appreciate this stunning coastline on foot.

There are a choice of super beaches to try all within a short drive including Barafundle and Broadhaven South, the circular walk around the Lily Ponds from Bosherston is well worth the effort. There is a pub and Olde Worlde Tea Rooms in Bosherston where you can re-fuel after your walk. Or head over the headland to Stackpole where there is a popular pub serving highly recommended food, The Stackpole Inn, or visit the seasonal Boat House at Stackpole Quay.

There a number of pretty seaside villages with lovely sandy beaches along this coastline heading east including Lydstep, Manorbier and the popular Tenby with its picturesque harbour all well worth a visit. The medieval town of Pembroke with its majestic Castle and pretty Mill pond, is sure to be the highlight of any holiday, there are a range of facilities in the town.

The property is accessed from a B road. The driveway has space for up to 3 cars and has flat surface with a slight incline towards the property. The property is entered through a 77cm wide door to the porch, which has a 15cm step and then a 15cm step over the threshold. The internal porch is 79cm wide. The property has a side entrance which has 24cm step and the door is 73cm wide. There are also rear patio doors that have 2 steps each 210cm leading to double doors with a total opening of 156cm. All internal doors are 74cm wide. There is an automatic light on the front of the property that is operated by PIR. All sleeping accommodation is on the first floor.
