Approached from Haverfordwest on Pembroke Road. Narrow 9’ gated access to compressed shingle driveway leads up to the garage, parking for 3–4 cars. External motion sensor lighting above garage illuminates automatically after dark, driveway, parking area & steps. External motion sensor lighting to main front door illuminates automatically after dark. Main entrance door is reached via two 6” high steps. External light in porch area (switch is internal in hallway entrance area). Alternative entrance via wooden decked area through conservatory or to the rear of the property either through a single width stable back door or double width patio doors. Side & rear access is via a narrow, paved side path, restricted width. Garden extends to the front and rear of the property providing grassed, decked and patio areas to the front. The front garden is on a very slight incline to the house. To the rear it is grassed, decked and has raised seating areas. There is a high step up to the grass. There are raised decked flower beds to the rear of the property and large trees, shrubs & hedges throughout the garden areas. The garage maybe accessed via a short steep slope, up & over door, internal lighting & access through a fire door to the house via 3 steps. This door is locked from the inside. Ground floor facilities include conservatory via a single glazed door from the lounge, lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility room, wooden or tiled floors throughout these areas. Entrance hallway, long corridor, carpeted throughout these areas. 3 bedrooms (1 en suite shower/whb/toilet room) and a family shower/whb/toilet bathroom. Carpeted throughout these areas except for fully tiled en suite & bathroom. None of the bedrooms are interconnecting. Decoration is neutral colours throughout with dark coloured carpets and curtains or blinds to every window. Further 4th bedroom and walk in wardrobe also on ground floor, but down one 4” step, carpeted throughout with fully tiled en suite. Kitchen has extensive work surfaces, low level fridge, dishwasher, mid-level ovens and built in coffee maker. The microwave is recessed at the back of the work area. Utility Room has low level washing machine and tumble dryer, tiled throughout. All the rooms are well lit and have both natural & artificial lighting. Master ensuite basin & cistern are gravity fed so have low water pressure. TV & DVD Lounge are operated by remote control & TV & DVD Kitchen are operated by remote control. Fully glazed conservatory with lighting & ceiling fan (pull cord switches are above head height) off lounge area. Guide dogs welcome. Garden is enclosed once gates are closed at bottom of driveway, but it is not entirely secure. Care and observation of pets is suggested at all times. Public Transport: 308 Bus (circular route via Haverfordwest). Trains are Haverfordwest or Pembroke. Local taxis available from Haverfordwest or Pembroke. Super king bed can be made into twin beds. Please specify when booking how this should be set up. None of the beds are height adjustable. There is a travel cot with two mattress height positions which converts to a play pen & changer unit. The highchair converts to a booster seat & the trays are dishwasher safe. There is a landline telephone for low cost local calls & WiFi (although low speed). At the end of the corridor with stairgate, there us a flight of stairs. UPSTAIRS IS THE OWNER'S PRIVATE AREA & NOT TO BE ACCESSED BY GUESTS.
