About Hazelbrook Cottage

Hazelbrook Cottage is a modern mid-terrace cottage of traditional stone appearance, conveniently situated only 20 yards from the beach in the pretty seaside village of Amroth.

Comfortably and stylishly furnished, it offers modern light, practical accommodation. Perfect for families and couples alike, there is a small communal area which is ideal for summer barbecues.

Spend your days on this wonderful sandy beach; the Amroth Arms is right there for you to enjoy hearty meals or there are other pubs, restaurants, cafes and a seasonal shop all within walking distance. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path at Amroth and explore further along the coastline taking in Marros Beach, or to the West, Wiseman’s Bridge, with its beachside pub; Coppet Hall beach with the award winning Coast restaurant and the bustling harbour village of Saundersfoot offers a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops to try.

If you can tear yourself away from the beach, the National Trust Colby Woods and Gardens famous for their colourful displays of Rhododendrons in Amroth are well worth a visit, as is the medieval walled town of Tenby, a little further afield. There are a host of family attractions all within a short drive too!

Location! Location! Location! - Wow! Really enjoyed our week in Amroth and surrounding areas. Beach, dog friendly. Pubs that serve good food and a lovely little Ice Cream Parlour, Convenience Store and Gift shop all on our door step. Lovely long walks on the beach and in the sea with our Black Lab - with blue skies too! Found a real gem here at Hazelbrook cottage - so cosy and well equip[ed. Thank you.

Pete Caroline and Tara

A great week! Weather excellent. We're hardened coastal pathers, with our dogs and thought this was a good spot. Several walks without retracing your steps. Accommodation first class. Nice to have some circular walks in the woods - as well as the lovely beach. This was the last "bit" for us - we've now done the whole of the Spiuth Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, some of it many tmes (try the Lily Ponds at Bosherston if you haven't been there) but we'll be back

Elizabeth and David

Another enjoyable stay at this lovely cottage. Visited Colby Woodland Gardens, Laugharne and good lunch at Plum Vanilla Cafe Narberth. Stackpole Estate and Barafundle Bay - the sun came out and it was beautiful! Enjoyed several lunches at The Amroth Arms - friendy people! Pirates is very good for food and refreshments generally. Many Thanks for the wine and milk in fridge, very nice! We do hope to be back soon.

The Durham Party

A very enjoyable first stay here in Amroth. The weather has been very kind, particularly the 1st week when it was hot. The huge advantage of this cottage is the closeness to shops and restaurants. Hazelbrook is well positioned also for the beach and Amroth is an ideal location for visiting Pembrokeshire and beyond, most of which we covered in the past fortnight. Many thans for the wine a nice touch

Maquire Party

Really enjoyed our week here. Beautiful wethere non stop sunshine lots of walking. Barafundle Bay is a beautiful beach. Tenby and Saunderfoot. lots of nice shops there. Amroth arms great for food. Spent Friday 29th April watching Royal Wedding in this cosy cottage Husband and son went on Seal Safari. Will definitly come again.

Sherriff Party

Another lovely week spent here in Amroth.Weather has been good and we have enjoyed the walks. The dogs especially loved the beach. We shall be back again next year.

Flyer party

We enjoyed Amroth in the past for holidays in Caravans but when we no longer had that choice, I was heartbroken to think I wouldn't have my time by the Amroth shore. When someone recommended Coastal Cottages we didn't think we would find anything as lovely, well appointed, nicely maintained in such a brilliant location or of a value we could afford and then we saw Hazelbrook Cottage. Beautiful weather, great hospitality and the sea. And for a long as we can, we will be back year after year.

Finnigan Family

A wonderful week just not long enough. Cottage is lovely. Spotless clean and comfortable, great location. Belle (border collie) loved it as did Meg and Rachael. Would definately come bak to Amroth 10hr drive but worth it.

Mason Family

This is our 4th visit to Hazelbrook Cottage and once again we have had a very enjoyable week here. Once again we have had some lovely meals at The Pirate and can recommend their excellent selection of coffees. Another excellent service that we can recommend is Tenby Vets we had to take our dog for vetinary treatment during our stay and he was seen very promptly, the vet was lovely with him and their bill was very reasonable. Thannkfully he is fine now and thoroughly enjoyed the rest of his holiday.

Leung Family

We hav had a wonderful time here during our first visit to Wales. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and wll equipped cottage and for allowing dogs. All the extra touches such as chairs for the beach, milk on arrival and even an extra dog bowel were very much appreciated. The sun shone everyday so it was perfect beach weather and the dogs loved playing in the sea. The trip to Caldey Island was well worth doing and Barafundle beach is stunning. The Pirate Cafe does excellent coffee and ice cream and the nearby Summerhill Farm Shop is very well stocked.

Townsend Family

Our 3rd visit to Hazelbrook (8th to this area) we find this cottage ideally situated for all the activites and beaches in the area. Once again a very enjoyable visit with the sun shinning on us most of the week. Had sunday lunch at Manobier Garden Centre which was very good and excellent value for money.

Tonkiss Family

We've had a glorious week. The cottage was wonderful, Amroth is lovely and the weather was beautiful.

Davies Party

Simply the best, we thank you for your kindness and professional excellence. We have achieved perfection in the perfect location. We shall stay with you again in the future.

Selby Party

We have stayed in quite a lot of cottages all over - mainly Wales and can honestly say this one is at the top of our list. Very impressed at the high standard of cleanliness and decor. A bonus for us was being so near to the sea and our dog, Fliss, thought she had died and gone to heaven. She is a rescued ex brood bitch aged nearly nine years old we have only had her 3 months. As previously only used to kennels, imagine her delight in seing the sea for the first time. We have enjoyed the hospitality of Amroth Arms and found the locals very friendly and helpful especially shop around the corner. Hopig to come back someting,

Sherriff Party

We have spent a lovely week in this cottage, the weather has been warm and sunny and we have walked on the beach and through Colby Woods. Thank you for the milk and wind, most kind! Sunday lunch at the Amroth Arms very good. Buddy the Border Terrier has had a wonderful time! It is a beautiful part of the country and has made a very long journey here worthwhile. We hope to come again.

The Steward Party

Lovely little cottage, great location. Thanks for the milk and wine it was a very thoughtful touch, had some lovely meals out can recommend the fish and chips at the Amroth Arms and the Sunday lunch but you will have to book, gets very busy. Rufus our dog enjoyed all the walks on the beach and through Colby Woods. Would love to come again.

Linda and Andy Bunting

The cottage is very comfy and good to come back to after a long walk. We've had a lovely short break - lots of walking. Colby Gardens would have been lovely to visit in the summer as at the moment there are no flowers to see, but none the less, a good walk up to the church from Amroth Castle and then round to Colby and back. Weather was kind thank goodness and the walk along the beach to Saundersfoot was lovey in the sunshine.

Evans Family

The cottage is lovely! Its decorated elegantly and is very open and airy. The weather was fab for October even though it did rain once or twice. Our dog, Amber, loved the beach, Saundersfoot and Amroth. Its a copy little place we all had a blast. Thanks.

Longsden Party

Wonderful, we have spent every christmas for at least the last ten years in Pembrokeshire and this has been one of the most enjoyable, perfect location, excellent house, pleasant people, as near to total bliss as I've know in a long time. Back to nature, playing on the beach enjoying a brisk walk, no signal on mobile, eating too much and drinking too much, thank you for allowing us to live in your home by the sea. Hot bath is alway welcome.

Colin, Lynne, and Faye

Cottage is wonderful, better than we hoped, a real home from home. The area is very beautiful with great walking on the beaches + good exploring especially for our dog.

Peter & Maureen

What a lovely cottage, we have stayed at quite a few self catering homes, and this tops them all. There is much thought put into this cottage & everything you could possibly want is here

Val, Martin & Sam (The pooch)

The most charming, well equipped & clean cottage, it was a joy to walk into not the usual dread. Anything we went to use was available. The milk & wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Many thanks for providing such lovely accommodation so near to the sea with parking! We look forward to returning
