A door from the lounge leads to the modern, fitted kitchen which also enjoys the delightful views to the beach and sea. Stairs lead up to the spacious bedroom in the eaves.
Spend your days on the beach or join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and explore further, Broad Haven with its wide expanse of golden sand and watersports centre is only 1 mile away over the headland.

The property is approached via a B-road. Parking is on your left in a half moon gravel car park this is the parking area after unloading – space for 3 cars. If you have access problems you can park directly outside the property. A slight 2m sloping drive leads down to the front door which has level access. To the right is a path that leads down the side of the property which is flat and leads through a small gate into the rear enclosed flat garden and patio. The kitchen door at the rear has a small step up into the property. The ground floor is all level . From the study area leads the stairs to the first floor twin room. Well-lit lounge/dining area (natural and artificial). TV/teletext operated by remote control. Automatic external lighting. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport is approximately a 5 minute walk to bus stop in car park in the village centre. Rail stations at Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.
