Henllan Cottage is a deceptively spacious semi-detached bungalow, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dinas with a choice of pubs, village shop, as well as the wonderful sandy Pwllgwaellod beach all within walking distance. Beautifully updated to a high standard in a contemporary style with bright bold colours it makes a super holiday home.

The comfortable sitting/dining room with wooden floor leads through to a bright conservatory where you can sit and relax overlooking the rear garden. French doors open to the lawned garden, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening. A gate opens to a lane allowing you to walk to the sandy cove of Pwllgwaellod, less than 1/2 mile away.

The modern, grey fitted kitchen has all modern conveniences and is well-equipped with a breakfast table to enjoy meals around. The spacious bedrooms make welcome retreats, one step leads down to one of the double bedrooms with its kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, while there are a further two bedrooms including a twin and a super king for extra luxury.

Conveniently situated, it is perfect for exploring. Spend your days at the sandy cove of Pwllgwaellod with its beachside pub, The Ship Inn, take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really marvel at this stunning coastline. Take in the circular walk around Dinas Head to Cwm yr Eglwys or to go further afield take advantage of the Poppit Rocket bus service for the return journey, walking through the hidden valley of Aberfforest with its waterfall and pretty in-let and on to the bustling town of Newport with its excellent range of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries, there is a beautiful golden sandy beach set on the Nevern estuary, the area teams in bird life and the golf course has the most stunning sea views.

Newport has a strong maritime history and is popular today with sailing enthusiasts and kayakers. Alternatively, head west via Aberbach Bay and the popular market town of Fishguard with its picturesque quay and range of facilities. From here the coastline becomes more rugged, take in Strumble Head with its lighthouse and regular sightings of seals.

A wonderful quality holiday home for exploring this stunning area of Pembrokeshire, you are sure to enjoy a refreshing break whatever the season.

Approached from via an A-road then approximately half a mile via smaller lanes. Cottage is placed directly at a small lane (cul-de-sac), two parking places available directly outside cottage on level patio. Main entrance door reached via one step 22cm high. Alternative entrance through 1.5m wired patio doors reached by one step 29cm high. Garden extends to 50 sqm lawned without incline. Ground floor facilities include 3 bedrooms, sitting with dining room, conservatory, kitchen with breakfast table, one ensuite shower room with shower/whb/wc, one bathroom with shower/whb/wc. Bedroom with ensuite shower room accessed via one step 22cm high. Kitchen has extensive work tops, breakfast table, low level oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Well-lit sitting room with natural and artificial lighting. TV with integrated DVD player operated by remote control, radio. Fully double glazed conservatory off sitting room. Public transport (local bus service), approx. 500m to sheltered bus stop.
