About Inkerman House

Inkerman House is a charming, end-terrace cottage, set just a stone’s throw from the heart of the seaside village of Saundersfoot and its glorious sandy beaches, enjoy the sea views over the rooftops to Carmarthen Bay to really appreciate how close you are.

Renovated in a contemporary style with guests comfort in mind, wooden floors and vibrant colours make it feel warm and inviting. With a gently sloping pathway, step into the split-level dining room/sitting room with comfortable leather seats, this leads through to the fitted, galley-style, well-equipped kitchen with steps up to the back door that gives access to an enclosed, paved terrace where you can dine alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine on a summer’s evening.

Stairs from the dining area leads you to the shower room and two bedrooms above with wonderfuly comfortable beds, fresh white linen and warm Welsh throws. The dual-aspect master bedroom offers super views down the street to the centre of Saundersfoot or sea views over the rooftops. Ideal for two couples or a family of four, the 3/4 bed against the wall offers flexibility and can give space for up to five guests.

You are sure to relax from the moment you arrive, leave your car behind and explore this vibrant village on foot, with all its shops, pubs and restaurants within a short stroll. Spend your days on its long sandy beaches, ideal for children and keen water sports enthusiasts. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline, head east through the tunnels, a relic of the area's industrial coal mining past to the neighbouring beaches of Coppet Hall and Wiseman’s Bridge, treat yourself to a meal at the award winning beachside restaurant, Coast, or a pint overlooking the beach at Wiseman’s Bridge Inn. The seaside village of Amroth is well worth a visit, with long sandy beaches and a mix of beachside pubs, restaurants and cafes.

To the west lies the picturesque walled medieval town of Tenby, with its pretty colourful harbour, stunning sandy beaches and quaint cobbled streets. A boat trip from here to the island of Caldey, home to the Cistercian Monks, is sure to enchant with its peaceful atmosphere. There are plenty of family attractions all within a short drive including Oakwood Theme Park, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Folly Farm.

A perfect holiday, whatever the season.
