The property is in Tenby and has its own drive and parking area for several vehicles. The main door is level with the drive and is 1000mm wide. A second parking area is accessed via a gate on the lower garden level and has room for approximately 5 cars. Triple garage - section of the triple garage is available for secure storage. An entrance hallway leads into the house where two bedrooms, a large ensuite bathroom, a small lounge area and a shower room and laundry room are all on the same level. There are hard tiled or wooden floors throughout all with underfloor heating and separate zone control. There are three doors out onto terraces on the outside of the property which function as emergency fire exits in the event of an evacuation. These doors can all be opened from the inside and can also be secured in the tilted position from inside to provide ventilation if required. A carpeted staircase leads up to the main living floor. On this floor are two further bedrooms, a wet room and the main living/dining/kitchen area all with tiled floors or hardwood flooring. There are multiple exit doors, again openable only from the inside, giving access to the terrace or a large wrap around balcony around the whole property for each of these rooms. A large sliding door from the dining room gives access onto the balcony. Each floor has rechargeable battery powered torch/nightlights for use in the event of electricity failure. Width of doors at the property are 90 cm wide. Mains powered (battery backup) smoke detectors are fitted on both floors and there is a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen area. Outside are large garden and terrace areas with steps and low walls which need to be navigated with care, especially if wet. These terraces can be illuminated at night with control from the house. The infinity pool has its own facilities and plant room and is level with the lower storey of the house. There is a landline at the property and free Wi-Fi. There are also 2 TVs equipped with Freeview. Each of the windows is equipped with external blinds which can be operated from the appropriate room by discrete wall switches. On these control switches the room lights and thermostats can also be set. The local bus station is located some 1000 metres away, whilst the train station is approx 1100 metres away. Tenby town centre shops are approximately 900 metres away.
