About Lions Head

Lion's Head is a wonderful modern and stylish semi-detached town house with hot tub in a quiet cul-de-sac development of just 15 houses with stunning views over the blue flag beach of Broad Haven, less than 300 metres away.

Finished to a very high standard throughout with quality finishes and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. The open plan living space with modern fitted kitchen, offers fantastic views over Broad Haven, the beach and out to sea; bifold doors open to a decked balcony, enjoy summer days or evening drinks on this terrace, dine alfresco and soak up the beautiful sunsets. Stairs lead from here to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, both the double and master bedroom have stunning sea views, while the master with its ensuite shower room has a juliette balcony, wake in the mornings or drift off to sleep listening to the waves on the beach. There is another double ensuite bedroom and a garden room on the lower ground floor, giving more space to relax and for children to play; bifold doors open to the rear, enclosed garden with a paved terrace and lawned area, a perfect sheltered spot. Guests will enjoy the newly installed hot tub, perfect for de-stressing after a busy day exploring. Steps lead from here to the balcony above, or to the side entrance and front drive. The garage/utility space is accessed from the sitting area and is an ideal space for wet weather and beach gear, perfect secure storage for bikes, kayaks and water sports equipment.

Conveniently located, you are only a short downhill walk from the gorgeous sandy beach of Broad Haven, popular with surfers and families alike, there is a water sports hire shop here, while children will love spending their days, paddling, messing around on the sand and marvelling at the rock pools. There is a well-stocked village shop, local pub and cafe and restaurant all within walking distance.The pretty cove of Little Haven lies over the headland or can be reached at low tide across the beach, its sheltered sandy beach is popular with children and swimmers, there is a selection of pubs, restaurants to try clustered round the water. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore the stunning coastline on foot, taking advantage of the Puffin Shuttle for the return journey.  There are plenty of other fantastic beaches and places to explore all within a short drive with Newgale Beach, Solva and the tiny city of St Davids to the west and to the south is the Dale Peninsula waiting to be discovered including Marloes Sands, Musslewick Beach and Martins Haven, the embarkation point to Skomer Island to see the Puffins.

Approached from a B-road, 200 metres up a single track steep road. Ample off-road car parking for two cars is provided. Main entrance is on the same level as the car parking. Alternative access is through the garage door then one step up into the living area or using the side access down some steps to the rear of the property. Ground floor facilities include toilet and basin, open plan living/dining and kitchen area leading to the garage one step down through a fire door. TV controlled by remote control. Stairs down from the ground floor lead to the lower floor and facilities include, one bedroom with ensuite and one further living area. Stairs up from the ground floor lead to a first floor with a bathroom, three bedrooms and one ensuite. The garden is accessible three ways; from the lower floor through bifold doors, via the stairs from the side gate or from the balcony accessed from the living area and then down the stairs. There is a small step taking you from the lounge area to the balcony. Public transport (local bus service) approx. 1,000 metres away.
