The large dual aspect kitchen diner has a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen and large table where you can enjoy long leisurely meals, French doors open to the paved patio and terraced, lawned, enclosed garden wonderful for an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening.
The lounge is the perfect spot to relax and has lovely views to the sea, while the snug play room has been redecorated with a pirate theme and gives space for children to play and hours of fun for little ones. The generously proportioned bedrooms are a welcome retreat and the superking size sleigh beds ensure a touch of luxury while the ground floor bedroom gives one level facilities. The first floor offers wonderful views over the bay and out to sea.
A 250m downhill walk takes you into the centre of Little Haven with its picturesque sandy cove, popular with swimmers and sailors, as well as its bustling restaurants and pubs. When the tide is low enjoy the walk round to the long, sandy beach to Broad Haven or join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and stroll over the headland. There are further pubs and restaurant in this village as well as an excellent water sports hire shop. A horse ride on the beach from Nolton Haven nearby is sure to be the highlight of any holiday.

The property is approached off a single track sloping tarmac lane 250m from the centre of the village of Little Haven. 5 bar wooden gate across drive - large gravel drive sloping up to flat area in front of the house, garden enclosed with wooden picket fence. Ample parking to fore and side of house. A paved path leads from the parking area to front door with 2 sloping sections, normal pvc lip in through front door. Doors within the property all standard width. The property has a glazed porch with tiled floor and hall, stairs from hall lead up to first floor. Lounge is carpeted with good natural light, TV operated by remote. Ground floor has a bath, overhead shower/whb/wc. Kitchen/diner is tiled, there are French doors with 1 step to large, brick paved patio and sloping terraced lawn on 2 levels. Kitchen has extensive work tops and central island and low level oven. Utility room off kitchen also gives access to rear patio. The first floor is carpeted; there is an ensuite first floor shower cubicle. The rear garden has a paved patio with shallow railway sleeper steps cut into lawn leading to 2nd lawned area with a further paved patio. The sloping gravel drive runs up past lawn and allows access to the 2 lawns avoiding the use of the steps.

Right from the start of searching for a holiday home, we had great help from the Coastal Cottages team & they done an amazing job sourcing the perfect Christmas tree for us as well. Upon arrival, we immediately felt right at home in such a warm and very welcoming house. We loved the christmas decorations that were displayed throughout, even in the bathroom! We would like to say a very big thank you to the owners for their very generous festive welcome gifts for us and our dogs, it was all enjoyed very much! The house was spacious , clean & a delight to stay in, especially the kitchen , cooking whilst gazing out at the sea was a dream come true.
