About Minim Cottage

A pretty semi-detached house only a short downhill walk to Saundersfoot beach and set on a quiet lane just above the heart of this popular harbour village.

Minim Cottage enjoys panoramic views over the bay and harbour. Furnished in a charming mix of modern and Victorian pieces with the spacious lounge/diner leading to a galley style kitchen then to the side a small, enclosed lawn and raised paved patio area - perfect to relax and soak up the view. Or retire to the cosy and comfortable bedrooms with traditional wooden floors, in the master bedroom you can enjoy a morning coffee and watch the sun sparkle on the sea.

Conveniently located, there are a number of pubs and restaurants to try in Saundersfoot as well as a well stocked Spar and other shops. Wander the beautiful sandy beaches and picturesque harbour or why not try your hand at the variety of watersports on offer. The bustling town of Tenby is only a 10 minute drive away and for those feeling energetic can be reached via the scenic Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. In the other direction lie the smaller sandy beaches and villages at Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth.

Once you have stayed you will only want to return.

Approach on a narrow steeply sloping single track tarmac lane from the centre of Saundersfoot. Minim Cottage is the furthest cottage in the pair. Shared gravel driveway to this semi detached cottage. From the gravel drive there is a small block-paved area low lip to front door. Hallway has tiled flooring, into carpeted lounge/diner. From hall a 1 step, 6” high, into tiled shower room. Low door, approximately 6ft. Step up to shower cubicle. From dining area of lounge/diner there is a step, 6/8” high, into tiled galley style kitchen. Stable style door from kitchen leads out to rear garden. There are carpeted stairs from hallway, they are slightly narrower than normal and quite steeply sloping with a wall on right-hand side (no banister) and banister on left. The stairs wind round a 45 degree turn to the left, up to further steps to another 45 degree turn to the left. Then 4 straight stairs in the case to the wooden floored bathroom on your right. 1 further angled step leads onto the landing, which also has a wooden floor and gives access to the 2 bedrooms. To the fore of the property is a small shared lawn and from the front drive a side gate opens to a concrete path with a sloping lawn on your right. 3 steps lead up to a paved patio, no handrail. There is a 1 ft step off patio to lawn. Whilst the garden is enclosed; on one side where the hedge and wire fence is, there is a drop. From the patio is 1 step up to further patio area and summerhouse. Alternatively 4 steps from the back stable door leads to slightly sloping tarmac area and outhouse.
