Nant y Blodau Bach is tastefully furnished throughout in a traditional style with a modern twist, the lounge/diner has low ceilings, beams, Inglenook fireplace and a multi fuel stove for those chillier evenings. The galley style kitchen opens on to a large sheltered and enclosed cottage garden. Stairs lead to the pretty cosy bedrooms in the eaves with wood beams.
A short walk up Carn Ingli will present you with stunning views of this dramatic section of the coastline, with secluded coves and lovely beaches only a 5 minute drive away. A lovely cosy cottage whatever the season.
The charming addition of the garden cabin which is set at the end of the garden accessed via a slate chipping pathway in its own woodland dell is beautifully fitted and comfortably furnished. The open-plan living space has a fitted kitchen area, the wood burning stove ensures it is a cosy retreat in winter. In summer open the bi-fold doors out to your own patio, there are lovely rural views through the trees with even glimpses of the sea from the double bedroom. A lovely peaceful retreat surrounded by nature yet only 20 yards from the cottage.

The street market in Newport runs from the beginning of April to the end of December. The market is open on Mondays, weather permitting, from Its aim is to promote and sell local produce and products and it presents an opportunity to buy fresh produce and locally reared meats.
Dyfed Shire Horse Farm, Eglwyswrw a tourist attraction at the foot of the Preseli Mountains. They are known internationally for breeding a shire horse called Major Mercury (aka Dyfed Celt) one of the household cavalry drum horses. There is plenty for the whole family to do, whatever the weather. Daily Timetable of activities including, Harnessing demonstrations, during which we will dress the horse in a working set of harness and explain the function and history of the harness, Horse and cart rides (Summer Holidays Only) Tractor ride around the working farm, Animal Feeding and Donkey Grooming. They also have an Indoor soft play area & Outdoor adventure area - Crazy Golf, Sand Shed and Skittles. Nature Trail with woodlands and hedgerows to explore and stunning views of the Preseli Mountains to enjoy.

Head to Fishguard's Town Hall every Saturday morning for the popular Farmer's Market where you'll have a chance to sample and buy a range of local produce such as eggs, cheeses, breads, jams and chutneys.

Fishguard once again welcomes you to it's Annual New Year's Eve Street Party! With celebrations, live music and fireworks - it really is a fantastic party to celebrate the coming of the New Year! Refreshments are available on the street and in the surrounding pubs and restaurants. This event is free entry, donations are appreciated as any money given is then put towards next year's celebrations.
A perfect way to bring in the new year, Victoria Hall in Roch is hosting their annual New Years celebrations with a bonfire and fireworks. The event starts from 5pm onwards with the lighting of the bonfire, and refreshments are available in the hall throughout the evening. Admission to be paid upon entry.
This is an annual event which takes places right in the centre of the town of Cardigan on the last Saturday in April. The main attraction is the parade which goes through the town, made up of local horses followed by vintage vehicles such as tractors, cars and motorcycles. Head along in the morning to see the horses being judged.
The Fishguard Folk Festival, always guaranteed to be a fun weekend! With a number of concerts, performances, workshops and events taking place at various locations throughout Fishguard, there's plenty to choose from!
With two different distances available, you can either enter the Middle Distance event which is made up of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile cycle and a 13.1 mile run; or the Sprint Distance which is made up of a 750m swim, a 13 mile cycle and a 4 mile run. Whether you're an athlete or a spectator, supporters line the streets creating an amazing atmosphere and energy which definitely makes this event a must-see!

What a lovely cottage, so comfortable and so well equipped. We had a lovely time using this as a base to visit friends in Newport and walk to the beach. Dylan discovered a new game - chase the seagull. He could not understand why they were not so keen to play with him! We certainly hope to return!

A very attractive and comfortable cottage in a superb location. We loved popping down to the bakery for fresh bread and to the deli for delicious cooked ham. We had a great meal at Fronlas Cafe where our 3 and 5 year olds were openly welcomed, visited many of the beaches from Whitesands to Newport Sands. We've found the Newport folk to be really friendly. A very enjoyable week.

The interior design is cosy and nice blend of modern and traditional - love that you have used the work of local artists and crafts men - particularly the blankets from Melin Tregwynt Woolen Mill (well worth a visit). Very well equipped, walks around Pembrokeshire spectacular, breath taking scenery & saw lots of seals and pups
