The well-equipped modern wood and stainless steel kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals to be enjoyed around the refectory style dining table, there is plenty of easy seating to relax on while you enjoy the all encompassing view. Doors lead out to the wrap around decked balcony, wonderful for enjoying an alfresco meal, steps take you down to the large garden which gives plenty of space for children to play amongst the dunes.
All the bedrooms have a water view, the master has to be the best with glazed doors leading out to your own balcony, so you can really soak up the stunning views and the twin room is ideal for children. There is a an additional sitting room on the second floor, the perfect place to escape to and relax - the aspect is panoramic.
Ideal for boating enthusiasts with the nearby yacht club, while The Cliff Hotel with its spa, cafes, and golf course are all within walking distance. Across the water is the beautiful Poppit Sands and the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, a wonderful way to explore this stunning coastline, there is a plethora of golden beaches both north and south including Aberporth, Tresaith and Newport. The bustling market town of Cardigan with its golf club, farmer’s market, pubs, restaurants and independent shops and its best kept secret Cardigan Castle is only a 5 minute drive away. Take a boat trip out into Cardigan Bay to see the resident dolphins, porpoises and grey seals, it is sure to be the highlight of any holiday.

2 wonderful weeks in Nantsaeson - great location. We learnt to follow the tides and paddle boarded to Poppit Sands. Great house for 2 families, the boys enjoyed the freedom of the downstairs bedroom. Archie the Donkey has a new friend!
Great location + lovely house. Views of the changing river fascinating. Boat trip from Gwbert around cardigan island + to Mwnt was excellent. Plump tart at Penbryn and beach there worth a visit
Such a treat to have been able to stay here and explore nearer and further environs. So much of interest. The Museum of Childhood is well worth a visit - a museum like no other!
Pretty, Spacious house with fantastic views which is close to a town. Make sure you book a boat trip off St Davids!!
