A games room offers space for children to be entertained, while the beautifully appointed bedrooms on the lower ground floor all open onto a paved patio, enjoying sea views. The hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and watch the stars twinkle overhead. A path from the garden leads down to the beach below.
With a village pub and watersports centre within walking distance there is something for everyone. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful house there are a number of beaches to explore with Manorbier, Tenby, Broadhaven South and the facilities at Pembroke all within a short drive.

£300 BOND REQUIRED - Be aware that should a blockage occur in the sewage system, a charge will be deducted from the bond for rectifying this. The property is approached on a B road. Entrance to Nethercote is via a 5 bar gate. Block paved drive slopes from gate to house and can accommodate 3-4 cars. Area lit by sensor activated security lights from dusk. Property entered via double glass doors located in porch to left of drive. Door threshold is approximately 6 inches high, A wheelchair access ramp is available at the property if needed. Through front door and immediately to the left,entered via a half glazed door is the TV/games room and galleried double bedroom area. Natural lighting via 2 full length windows and 3 velux windows. Electric lighting provided by downlights and led lighting. TV, DVD & Sky operated via separate remote controls. Pool table located under galleried area. Access to the galleried double room (restricted headroom) via single staircase rising near window of games room. Immediately to right of front door, entered through half glazed Bi-folding doors is the main living area. Immediately to the right is the cloakroom. This has no natural light. Light switch is to the left, inside the door. Main living area is open plan with large glazed areas providing plenty of natural light. Kitchen is on the left. Work surfaces easily accessible. Low level oven & full length fridge freezer for easy access provided. Cloakroom accessed via door in kitchen contains heating consol - PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH, plus washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Lounge/Diner to right of kitchen. TV, Sky (separate box to games room), DVD, Bose music system are all operated via separate remote controls. Balcony is accessed via Bi-folding doors located in lounge, or through patio door located in kitchen. Both accesses have 3” threshold to balcony. Garden furniture is provided on balcony. Gas BBQ with auto ignition provided. Steps lead from the balcony onto a stepped, graded path onto flat lawned area and the lower patio area in front of the bedrooms. Each bedroom can be accessed from patio via individual patio doors, each door threshold approx 6” high. Patio and balcony can be illuminated at night via 5 external lights. HOT TUB Located in garden. Accessed via 3 steps. Cover must first be unclipped and removed (would recommend two people to complete this procedure).CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE RECOMMENDED NOT TO USE THE HOT TUB BEDROOMS Internal access to lower floor bedrooms via stairs located immediately in front of front door. Natural light to downstairs communal area provided via glazed lightwell. With LED downlights giving artificial light. Bedrooms to far right and left are both ensuite containing wet rooms with overhead showers. Shower area is accessed via 4” step. Twin and bunk room share the bathroom. The shower cubicle in bathroom is accessed via sliding screen. Step into shower is 4” high. All bedrooms benefit from large windows and patio doors to provide natural light, with LED downlights providing the electric light source for each bedroom. TV/DVD in left hand master bedroom is operated via remote. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Bus service is accessed via Bus stop near T junction at top of Trewent Hill. Nearest railway station is Lamphey.

Lovely spacious house with plenty of room for children to play. Loved being able to walk to beach. All agreed we'd like to come back and explore more of Pembrokeshire. We'd highly recommend Barafundle beach - definitely worth the trek. Also loved Whitesands beach and Broad Haven. We've all had a fantastic holiday, and amazing weather really helped! A proper British summer beach holiday for once!

One of the best holiday homes I've ever stayed in! The views were spectacular, especially loved sitting out on the balcony, looking out to sea! Couldn't have asked for a better holiday house, the cottage feel mixed in with the modern touch was the icing on top of a very delicious cake! I would recommend this house to anyone! We have had a fantastic week in this beautiful house sharing with our friends. The hot tub was a big hit and lots of time spent relaxing . We woke up to fab sunshine and had breakfast on the balcony. Loved the location and the house. We're very lucky with the weather never expected to be in shorts and t-shirts in April! We all loved the beach, including evening bonfires. Day at Oakwood - fab. Visited Ann Ryder Richardsons Zoo - lovely day and nice cafe, but don't go on wet day. Loved Pembroke Castle - guided tour was fab. Hope to be back.
