The pathway down through the garden gives you direct access to the seafront and beach, where at low tide you can follow the shoreline round taking in Tenby’s choice of beaches. Wander the quaint cobbled streets of this medieval walled town, steeped in history, lined with a host of pubs, cafes, restaurants and small shops. Take a fishing trip or boat trip, a visit to Caldey Island home to the Cistercian Monks is a must, soak up the special peaceful atmosphere. If wet, visit Tenby's renowned museum. Approached from an A-road, then approximately 100m of residential road. The property is a lower-ground floor flat. The flat is accessed via the main entrance and communal areas of the building. The main door is up 4 steps from the pavement, into the entrance foyer. There is a second, internal door. From the main hallway of the building, go through an internal fire door, and proceed down a set of 5 steps. Open the next fire door and descend a full flight of stairs down to the entrance of the flat. The main accommodation, the apartment itself, is all on one level. Well-lit sitting room, (natural and artificial lighting). Open plan lounge kitchen/diner: good natural light from large sash window. Two ceiling lights, two table lamps, and kitchen worktop lighting. Smart TV with remote control, featuring subtitles and audio description (where available). Kitchen/diner area: electric fan oven, four-ring electric hob, extractor hood. Fridge with freezer box. Dining table with 4 chairs. Double seater sofa and comfortable armchair. Washer/dryer, at low level, within airing cupboard. Ironing board above. Bathroom: Electric shower in shower cubicle. Step up into shower. Combined lamp, electric shaver point and heated mirror above sink. Wall mounted extractor fan and towel rail. Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables with lamps. USB charging points at bedside, and below dressing table. Guide dogs welcome. Mobile phone coverage is good for most networks. There is a communal garden on the opposite side of the road to the property, which as a narrow zig-zag path down to the seafront. There are steps down from the road to a terrace, which enjoys good views, but extreme care must be taken in the use of the path down to the seafront as it is perilous. The town centre is around 300 metres away, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Public Transport, local bus service, approximately 0.5 mile to sheltered bus stop, and about the same distance to the railway station.
