Set in an enclosed garden, in a beautiful spot looking down towards Newgale Beach. A spacious, open-plan, living area upstairs, has great views on all sides. Enjoy watching crashing waves and stunning sunsets from the comfy window seat. A well-equipped kitchen overlooks National Trust farmland; spring lambs are a regular sight. A second sitting room upstairs (with wall mounted TV/DVD), can also be made up as a single bedroom (full-sized 3ft bed), with ensuite wc and washbasin, ideal for an elderly relative or teenager. Three ground floor bedrooms offer great flexibility. The lawned garden, with grass banks full of Primroses in spring, has plenty of space to play or enjoy a barbecue. A 5 minute downhill walk takes you to the beach and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Water sports, friendly pub, café and small shop are all only a few minutes’ walk away.

Dr Beynon's Bug Farm is one of the most unique and exciting attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer, so much so that it won an award for Most Exciting Business at the 2016 Pembrokeshire Tourism Awards. Also a working farm and Scientific Research Centre, The Bug Farm is now a popular visitor's attraction. With a Tropical Bug Zoo and Bug Museum, a Bug Farm Trail and Walled Garden, and even an indoor play area in their Bug Barn, there is plenty to do and see! They host regular workshops and events as well as offering lectures, tours and bug handling with up-close sessions. The Bug Farm is a Visit Wales Quality Assured Visitor Attraction, having also won Best Start-Up of the Year at the 2016 FSB Worldpay Business Awards and won the 2015 Plantlife International Meadow Maker of the Year for Wales. Dr Sarah Beynon has been selected by the Welsh Government as an "emerging legend" to coincide with Wales' 2017 Year of Legends.
The Bug Farm is also home to the restaurant everyone is talking about, Grub Kitchen, which serves creative and delicious dishes where the ingredients are local conservation grade produce as well as edible insects - don't worry, there are a number of dishes available for those of you who don't fancy sampling bugs! The Grub Kitchen holds a Visit Wales Quality Cafe Award.
The Grub Kitchen is open from 12pm - 3.30pm during Bug Farm opening hours. On days when they are available, up-close sessions are available on the hour every hour between 11am and 4pm with a surcharge of £1 - please check prior to your visit.
Children must be supervised at all times and well behaved dogs are welcome on leads to the Bug Farm however certain areas are marked not suitable for dogs as it is still a working farm.
Folly Farm will be welcoming Santa to their zoo this November and December, as well as visiting santa you can also visit his reindeer in their very own zoo! Picton Castle will be holding a magical Christmas tour through their festive decorated castle! Children will be able to meet Santa himself and of course he will have gifts for every child ready for the well behaved ones that is! As Santas mythical companion Krumpus will be hiding in the castle letting Santa know who has been naughty or nice! Head to the Queens Hall in Narberth this December for a unique evening of entertainment, courtesy of the Carny Villains. This interesting "circus show band" started out life as a house band going on to compose live scores for circus acts and theatrical shows, and have since become popular festival headliners due to their energetic and original shows. This year's Torch Theatre Pantomime is Dick Whittington, the story of a young boy and his cat who journey to London overcoming a wealth of adventures along the way. Written and directed by the Torch's own Peter Doran, this play guarantees a couple of hours filled with fun and laughter. There will be a relaxed performance at 6.30pm on Monday 18th December, specially adapted for those with Autism and other learning disabilities. A British Sign Language performance will take place at 6.30pm on Thursday 21st December. Fishguard once again welcomes you to it's Annual New Year's Eve Street Party! With celebrations, live music and fireworks - it really is a fantastic party to celebrate the coming of the New Year! This event is free entry, donations are appreciated as any money given is then put towards next year's celebrations.
A perfect way to bring in the new year, Victoria Hall in Roch is hosting their annual New Years celebrations with a bonfire and fireworks. The event starts from 5pm onwards with the lighting of the bonfire, and refreshments are available in the hall throughout the evening. Admission to be paid upon entry.
The ever-popular Eagles tribute band, Talon, are paying a visit to Milford's Torch Theatre for what is sure to be another sell-out performance. The seven piece band have become one of the UK's most successful touring shows and guarantees to include those greatest hits such as "Hotel California", "Life in the Fast Lane" and "One of these Nights".
Swansea City Opera brings their 2018 production, The Barber of Seville, to Milford Haven's Torch Theatre this February. Rossini's famous opera promises the comical telling of a love triangle between Count Almaviva, Rosina and Doctor Bartolo, with added adventures from the town barber, Figaro. The Torch Theatre Company is proud to present their latest production, The Wood. Directed by Peter Doran, the play follows the lives of two young soldiers who fight alongside each other in Mametz Wood during the First World War. Inspired by a true story, this play was written by Owen Thomas (writer of the award-winning Grav) in commemoration of the centenary of the end of the First World War. Tickets cost £8.50 for under 26's, £13 for concessions and £15 for full tickets.
The Milford Haven Amateur Operatic Society are putting on a show! This year's production is the classic Annie Get Your Gun, the story of country girl Annie Oakley who falls in love with with rifleman Frank Butler after she's made star of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show.
This award-winning Torch Theatre Company production returns home in 2018. This one-man play sees Gareth J Bale take on the role of Welsh icon Ray Gravell who is known for his performances on the rugby field. Grav tells the story of the man behind the legend before he died in 2007, at the age of 56.
Wales' only acapella festival, the Narberth A Cappella Voice Festival, returns in 2018 for it's tenth anniversary. Between 4th and the 6th May, Narberth will be hosting a weekend full of performances and workshops celebrating all things a cappella. This Charity Horse and Dog Show is an annual event which occurs in May each year in St. David's. With show jumping, dog shows, stalls and refreshments, this is a great day out for all those interested in horses and dogs!
The St Davids Cathedral Festival takes place across ten days with a range of classical and contemporary musical performances taking place in the beautiful setting of St Davids Cathedral. This event is a success year after year, and is definitely one not to be missed. Performers in the past have included the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, The Sixteen, Goodwick Brass Band. Rock the Castle is back for yet another year! For it's first event, Pembroke Castle will be hosting The World Famous Elvis Show starring Chis Connor. Since starting out in 2009, this Elvis performer has played to crowds in the Manchester Apollo, Harrogate International Centre and the London Palladium. He has been awarded the title of The Greatest Elvis Tribute in the World by a world-wide fan poll and has even had the pleasure of performing with the original back-up singers to the King of Rock'n'Roll, The Sweet Inspirations. Performing with a twelve piece band and the aforementioned back-up singers, this show recreates two popular Elvis concerts across two hours. Support act will be The Bluejays, a four-piece band formed after working together on various West End shows, who will be playing classic hits from favourites such as Buddy Holly and Chuck Berry.Tickets cost £19.50pp and will be available to buy from the 24th November. Another lovely holiday here, although the weather was not so good for the first 3 days. Still plenty to entertain the young ones. The cottage as always met all our needs and thank you for the extra bed. We could never tire of the view from the big window, the sky changes colour every evening. We will be back next year

An Amazing weeks stay in lovely Primrose Cottage! Felt instantly at home in this cosy, well equipped place. Spotlessly clean and we loved the retro decor and upside down layout. Enjoyed some great morning runs on Newgale beach, lots of body boarding for the whole family and a couple of nice evening meals at the local pub. Also loved - Broadhaven south beach and Lily ponds, Solva and walk around the Gibben.
Yet another wonderful week in Pembrokeshire, this house is lovely everything such good quality and owners very helpful with extra guest requests. I would recommend the new Hagar 5 Trampoline place to anyone with children over 5 - ours aged 5 and 6 loved it. Many thanks hope to be here again soon. With my expanding family I might need Bramble Cottage too!!
We agree with everything everyone else has been saying - Lovely house, fantastically equipped, marvellous owners and a beautiful spot!! Weather hasn't been great, but we've been in the sea every day and we've had another wonderful week. We've been coming for 6 years now and the house is as spotless as it was on that first summer in 2010. Thank you so much - we're always so said to leave... P.s The local strawberries and blueberries were delicious and the flowers are still fresh as we leave

I loved my week at Primrose Cottage. There is such a nice view outside the house too! It is a very cheerful place too because it is very bright and colourful. Also it is near Newgale Beach. Newgale is that beautiful sandy beach you can see outside your window. I recommend you to go there.
We had a great week here at Primrose Cottage. We absolutely loved the cottage decor and the way we get to sleep downstairs instead of upstairs, it was a nice change. Along with the welcome feeling the cottage gave us we adored the views from the windows. The weather was kind to us until 2 days before we were going but we enjoyed the comfort of the cottage. While staying here we enjoyed the beach and took advantage of the wind and did some great kite flying. Folly Farm was wuite close and we had a great fun filled day out. Dinosaur Park was another place we visited and the kids 7 and 8 absolutely loved it! It is filled with fun activities and we highly recommend. Overall our stay at Primrose Cottage has been a great experience.

A wonderful week spent with husband and parents. We all agree the cottage is top class with such wonderful views from the windows. Good sunny weather and such enjoyable walks along the cliffs and beach. Would recommend walking to Nolton Haven along cliffs. Solva, another very pretty place to visit - Well worth it! We also did walk no.8 in the book "Circular Walks in North Pembrokeshire" (On Bookshelf) - Fantastic cliff walk. Will miss the cosy cottage and beautiful surroundings!

A lovely warm and welcoming house in a nice setting with lovely views. We had a nice time on the beach building sandcastles and flying our kite. Lots of fun toys to play with in the play room.
