Delightfully and comfortably furnished throughout in a contemporary style, the large lounge with luxurious leather sofas has a wood burning stove for those chillier evenings. French doors open to the enclosed, lawned garden which gives plenty of space for children to play, with a paved patio ideal for enjoying an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening, enjoy the rural views over the fields beyond. Most of the spacious bedrooms above offer the same wonderful rural aspect. The detached garage has been converted to a games room which will give hours of fun for both children and adults alike. The study provides a great place to read or catch up on work.
Conveniently situated, there is a well-stocked village shop, as well as 2 popular pubs serving food and a garden centre with tea room all within walking distance in St Florence. Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities are both well worth a visit nearby, while a short car journey gives access to a range of family attractions including Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Trefloyne and Tenby Golf Club are both nearby for the golfing enthusiasts, while there are a number of stunning beaches to explore, the pretty village of Manorbier with its ruined medieval Castle and sheltered beach is well worth a visit, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really explore this stunning coastline. The walled town of Tenby with its cobbled streets, picturesque harbour, excellent facilities and 4 golden sandy beaches is only a few minutes drive away.

Easy access approached from public highway to village. Own driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. Level main entrance door. Large, level garden mainly laid to grass with patio area with garden benches. Garden is enclosed. Downstairs consists of well-lit lounge; study; large kitchen; dining room; utility and wc. Upstairs has master bedroom with ensuite and 3 further bedrooms and a bathroom. Guide dogs are welcome. Public transport (local bus service) in village available to seaside town of Tenby and elsewhere.

We had a lovely week in the cottage- the weather was glorious! We went to Folly Farm, St Davids + the tunnel walk in Saundersfoot. I am sure we will be back to stay here again. The games room in the garage and the huge garden was a big hit with our daughter!

The cottage really is lovely and perfect for a family of 6 adults and 2 children - the location is great as St Florence is a stones throw from all the main attractions in the area and there is a fab pub around the corner. November 2018
