A detached bungalow, renovated and extended to a high standard. It is at the end of an unmade lane with farmland behind, yet within this village and only an 8 minute drive from the beautiful beaches at Amroth and Wiseman's Bridge.
Rushland is comfortably and stylishly furnished throughout. The spacious double aspect lounge has sliding doors to the garden, while the modern, fitted kitchen with a light conservatory style dining room is a wonderful spot to sit. French doors open with 2 steps to the paved patio and a good sized lawned garden with sheltered hedging. A further front lawn gives plenty of space for children to play.
Very conveniently located for the National Trust Colby Gardens, Folly Farm, the little market town of Narberth and the pretty village of Saundersfoot with its sandy beach and assortment of shops, pubs and restaurants.
