Ivy Tower village is set in the delightful, historic village of St Florence, perfectly positioned, only a few miles from Tenby’s award winning beaches and fine restaurants and Manorbier, with its historic Norman castle and picture postcard sandy beach.
The private cluster of cottages has been bought individually and each offers their own character. Add to this the wide range of facilities on offer that include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and WiFi access in communal areas and some cottages, children’s play area and tennis court and you have a venue that is suitable for so many occasions. The stone posted entrance leads to the private parking area, where there is plenty of room to park after your journey. The houses and apartments themselves sleep up to 4, 5, 6 and 12 people. It is this make up that has made the village so versatile, attracting honeymoon couples to group family reunions. The landscaped meadow overlooks the Ritec Valley towards Tenby and the South Beach. It offers barbecue points, space to play or kick a ball. St Florence has 2 pubs and a shop within walking distance, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton Activity Theme Park, two of the County’s leading attractions is also a short stroll away. Here they offer paintball, 18 hole pitch and putt, go karts, laser clays, archery, golf range, baseball and much more. Tickets for all these activities can be booked in advance through the Coastal Cottages’ Concierge Service.

Approached from the B4318 down ¼ of a mile of narrow country lane towards St Florence. Ivy Tower village provides parking from over 20 cars. Loading/unloading can be achieved in front of the house before leaving the car in the car park some 10 meters away. From the front there is a short path with some 5 steps to approach the front door. If level entry is required the house can be approached from the rear and entered through either the front or back door without the requirement to mount steps. Both doors have a raised threshold before entering a completely level ground floor. Coat hangars are arranged at both hip and shoulder level. Ground floor facilities include a sitting room, conservatory, kitchen and storage cupboard all with level wood flooring and a fully tiled bathroom. The bathroom has standard doorway access with ample space next to the toilet, bath & wash basin. The kitchen has ample worktops, low level oven, fridge, dishwasher and eye level microwave. A washing machine is provided in the storage cupboard to allow separation of laundry and cooking. The downstairs is well lit with natural light pouring in from the conservatory and numerous ceiling lights and lamps. The TV, video and DVD are all remotely operated. Up a single flight of stairs are 2 double and a single bedrooms. All bedrooms have bedding for 2 guests with the single bedroom containing a bunk bed with ladder access. Guide dogs are welcome. Public transport is available from St Florence. The village of St Florence provides a post office, small shop and pub just a couple of hundred metres from the house. Within a mile of the house are amusement parks providing entertainment for all ages.
